This location does not know how to make food properly I paid 42 dollars for me entire order to be wrong and not get 2 of my items. If I ever go back and it happens again I'll be calling corporate and be making it well known. It's not hard to do your job. Poor food quality.
My husband and I have visited this place a lot and love Freddie's. Unfortunately, this particular one has gone downhill. First thing I noticed was the greasy floors. It is a very big fall hazard. The young man who took our order looked like his hair was greasy and he did not have on a hairnet or a hat. His shirt was also very dirty. There was only one other couple in the building as customers when we arrived and at least five employees were seen. Only a group of four came in after us. None of the boots had been wiped down and many of the tables look dirty as well. The first table we chose was actually broken. When our order came out we didn't notice it at first because no one called our number. My husband had to go up to the counter and ask if it was our food. When we did get our food my husband's concrete was not mixed very well (see photo). I worked at a similar place before and know what it takes so I know that this can be done and is not the standard. I saw one young woman that seemed to be doing as much as possible but seemed to be very unhappy about having to do all the work and I don't blame her. The boys club in the back didn't seem to care about the customers or the state of the place. I'm very sad one of our favorite restaurants had declined so very much.
Showed up at 10:45 lastnight and didn't know they closed at 11, they let us eat inside even though they was about to.close.They was so nice and even gave us cheese cards for free cause my daughter never had em before. Will for sure go back when they ain't about to close
Culver's is better and cheaper in my opinion. Although, Freddy's does have better fries for sure.
I like their hotdogs, they've got good hotdogs and you can't really get a good hotdog nowadays. They also make a good pastrami sandwich. Plus I don't spend a lot when I go there.
The man working tonight (cashier #114 ?) was very helpful and patient. I had called earlier because I was having trouble figuring out what to order because of all the various Freddy menus online. In the online pictures it appeared that the double steakburgers automatically come with cheese. When my husband got home with our food I’m like where is my cheese and the price was a couple dollars more than online. So I called up there to figure out what happened and to ask them either remake my food or give us back our money and he was happy to remake the food. Plus I was worried That my fries are going to be cold by the time this was all done and over with. They were already starting to get cold by this point. We live like 2 minutes away. He gave me new hot fries and the remade sandwich. He had it ready & waiting when my husband pulled up. He didn’t make us give the old food back which is good because of Covid. I’m not trying get extra food but I have noticed some restaurants will take the food back after it’s left the kitchen. Hopefully no body takes advantage of that but it’s something that may be important since Covid.Anyway My food was great and thank you mister for being much easier to deal with than workers at other restaurants when this sort of thing comes up. Had a similar experience with steak ‘n Shake on Campbell recently definitely did not turn out near as well they called the cops and never gave me back my money. The reason I gave four stars instead of five it’s because the confusing online menu situation. I think that is an issue for all the Freddys not this one specifically.Thank you for your time!
Wow, I didn't expect a response! Well then, let me tell everyone a bit about my experience.I ordered a burger in the dining room (I forget what it was called.) This was my first time ever eating at a Freddy's, so I asked about how long it would take to make my sandwich and was given a time-frame that would work for my schedule.Well within the time-frame I had my sandwich and ate it as I walked to work. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. It's the "smash" burger style joint so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. I was actually surprised given the style of the sandwich how much was there! The employee behind the counter did ask if I'd like a drink and when I said no offered a cup to have some water. I declined because I had a drink with me but it was very thoughtful to have them offer a cup for water. (He couldn't see my drink cuz it was in my backpack.)Overall the staff was very thoughtful and friendly. The food was delicious and quickly served. The dining area was very clean as well.If you're in the area I'd suggest stopping here and grabbing a sandwich. I wasn't disappointed!Thank you for the reply, that's why I decided to go into detail about my experience.
By far the worst Freddy’s! Sat in drive through for 20 minutes. Got to the window to pay and received my Reese’s concrete with no Reese’s which I paid $7 for asked them to remake it and once again was just ice cream and I asked the girl why and she said oh it’s all at the bottom. I’m expected to eat ice cream and then eventually get the Reese’s at the very bottom not happy in the least. Then I got home which is 4 minutes away counting lights and my burger and fries are cold like they had been sitting on the counter for 20 mins waiting to be delivered! I have never had a bad experience at Freddy’s until today $27 down the drain ?
