My fries AND my burger were cold. Also asked for extra onions and I didn't get them. People who eat after the rush hour should get the same fresh and hot quality of food as the rush hour folks.Very disappointed in the S Campbell/El Camino Ave location. Next time, I'll opt for Steak-n-Shake which is much closer to my office and that does a better job.
Great burgers,my wife and I get the double cheese with pepper jack cheese and everything on it without the bun. It's really feeling.
The burgers were thin and had a burnt taste. The fries were also tiny and overdone... first time experience; never again.
The person taking my order didn’t seem to really care if it was correct, didn’t read back the order like they’re supposed to?… I order 2 kid’s chicken tenders extra sprite and fries, with a number 10…instead I got one large sprite one small sprite one order of chicken tenders and 3 orders of fires. After being told I would get the order of chicken tenders and I was willing to pay waited ten minutes and left. To the owner/owners secret shop your drive thru or maybe cause I’m African American…regardless won’t be back Freddy’s is whack!
Food was what you would expect. All the employees were fantastic.If you're going to be wearing regular tennis shoes just watch your footing. The floor is always incredibly slippery and almost greasy feeling.
Freddy’s is probably my favorite restaurant love the cheese fries and a double bacon cheese burger can’t go wrong with Freddie’s the staff is always friendly
The first time we had Freddie's, we hated it. Almost. Year later we went back and loved it. The fries are thin and fantastic. The burgers are flavored fantastic. The inside of the restaurant literally looks like California's own In-n-out burger. It's like, how did it go from icky to "Hey let's go to Freddie's? Well it did and we believe the icky was our issue. The place is clean, enjoyable and everything is spot on. Now, we always enjoy eating there.

Freddy’s, every bite’s delicious! But when you get to-go fries it’s always not enough cause the fries is too good! And the steak burgers are delicious!
Great food, always seems fresh. My experience today was:On my lunch break the CC system was down and the staff here gave me the food as a courtesy as I did not have cash. While I would have always visited Freddy's again, this act cements my want to do so even more. Well done.
