We had excellent service as our waiter was training our new server. Both provide good conversation and were very attentive to our needs. Steaks were all cooked perfectly and the sides were sufficient to share. Flame is one of the go to restaurants I rely on for business dinners and entertain out of town guests. There bar is rather small so you should also check out the Red Room Lounge downstairs. That's where the real bar seen is.
I entertain clients a lot in different cities. They are mainly in large markets. The Flame was the first time and was really pleasant experience. Service and setting was great.
Always the best food and wait service! We love bringing out-of-towners here!
I usually love Flame and the steaks. This time was just terrible. While the steaks were correct inside, the outside was way too charred to even enjoy it. Such a disappointment.
We dinned here for an anniversary dinner. We were pleasantly surprised with the decor, the food and our waiter Phillip was wonderful. It was our first time and booked it online after reading reviews. We plan to return as our whole experience was truly amazing!
No Bone in Filet due to receiving "Old Menu's" but we all got the same menu. Their sister restaurant called Char had plenty of Bone in Filets as we called while we waited for our dinner. Also, they add on a 20% tip for large parties like us which is fine, but then there is no incentive for the waiter to be on top of our needs like cream for coffee, forks taken after salad consumption, another order of drinks, etc. So, the service was slow despite the restaurant being relatively empty on a Tuesday night.
Tommie was fantastic
First time visiting the Flame. Long time fans of Char. Great team and food. Always great for special dates. Very reasonably priced for the quality.
Excellent food and service. A bit pricey but overall fantastic.
We went to Flame for our anniversary. It was wonderful. Food was great as well as the service.
