Great staff! Great customer service. They were super friendly and helpful with serving sizes and making sure the meal was fresh and even came up to talk to us after the shift.We got the bacon cheese burger and medium fries and large drink. We split it between 2 of us and were full. It was great quality and fresh!
Great place for a quick bite to eat. They are always fast, fresh, cooked to order and very good! If you order fries, they put extra in the bag and so good. I have never been disappointed with a Five Guys.
My wife and I got the regular cheese burger and it was great. Turned out to be a double cheeseburger. She and I barely ate all of it. We'll get what's called the little cheeseburger next time. Also, the employees are very generous with the amount of fries you get. They're actually trained to give you more than you expect. This is a good business with good employees.
Great welcome and excellent customerservice. My food was tasty but me and my daughters burgers were pink on the inside. That has never happened before. I still give them 5 stars even though our burgers weren't as done as usual. Fries were yummy as always and there was plenty enough to share.
Great food as usual at a five guys. The manager was very good at his job made us feel welcome , and offered us more fries if needed. One star knocked off because one or two of the burgers still had pink in the center, but not bloody just pink.
If you want the best burger in Springfield go to location on a Kansas expressway! Don't go to the mall location. They taste totally different. These guys are amazing everytime!
They serve great fresh burgers stuffed full of goodness. The type that runs down your arms when you bite into it. Great fresh made fries and if that's not enough all the fresh peanuts you can eat. Great place for a good burger

If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I have never eaten Here before and never will again. I didn't know how the menu worked and the guy at the front david l. Was so rude about me not knowing. I paid 32 dollars for bad attitude and bad food. I'm from a different state. We have 5 guys there but screw this establishment and it's rudeness
