Answer your phone!!!! It’s amazing how many times it tried to call to get my sandwich customized since there aren’t options to do so in Grubhub or DoorDash. Would be great if you could answer the phone so people can get what they want. Insane.
Arrived at 820 pm the two working had already closed out majority of the sides. Gentlemen working couldnt work the register after 10 minutes finally got our order put in. Subs were good but mac and cheese was ice cold after waiting another ten minutes for that. Then the "gentleman" decided to tell us that lobbie closed in five minutes when the time was 845, store doesn't close till 9pm. Went to throw trash away her idea not mine, the young lady working throws her pop bucket in the way as we were trying to throw trash away. Subs good staff is complete trash that was working this evening. They need to not close down there lines or doors untill store closing times. They need retrained in customer service and procedures in a bad way./ 4 stars for the food and the team for taking time to actually coach there employee and replying to this review . edit from 1 star to 4 star.
For the first time ever I was disappointed with Firehouse food. Maybe it's me or maybe they are cutting back on quality of meats, but I threw some of my sandwich out ( I love this place and have been there 25 or 30 times)
I love this place! Good service. My kids loved the fireman hat. Great food. I ordered a small combo; it was so good. I really should have ordered a large. ?
The place was very clean and staff nice. Prices were a bit much for my liking. Imo not a kids place as far as options go (then again I have picky eaters). Food was delicious though!
Always makes our food just the way we want it and super friendly. Even free drinks for my family because we are firefighters!
My sandwich was good my friends potato soup wasn't very good plus it took forever to get his soup
I ordered a medium sandwich and then found out I was served a small one after the fact I ate the sandwich I couldn’t understand why I paid so much for such a small sandwich. You have now lost me as a customer at your location..10$ for a small sandwich and no drink or anything w/it. RIP-OFF!!!!
Fast friendly service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. I have tried Firehouse Subs in the Western New York area and was very happy with the quality and when we found this location was instantly willing to eat here; we were not let down! We will definitely be back.Keep up the great work!
