Dining room closed but drive through open. 6/15
Food was awful. Tomatoes were sour. Chicken with pasta was rubbery. Waaaay too salty. Sauce was dry on top, and almost non existent. The slices of pizza, however, are pretty good. Just the bowl meals suck.
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly, the only reason I took a star off was because the line took FOREVER to get through. 9/10
I waited my turn in the drive through for 15 minutes so when I finally got to the speaker at 8:57 it could tell me they are closed. I never have a good experience at this location.
It was nice to be able to go inside and set down and eat. The food was quick and HOTT!!
Good food. Made an error on my order and they more than made up for it. People are human, but the place is great and the food is consistently delicious. Pleasure!
I usually go to the one at 2137 North Glenstone, which I learned today is the better one. Here at 2055 East Independence the breadsticks had absolutely no seasoning on them. They weren't even fresh. Just dry & no good at all. On top of that they left out my marinara sauce. The pepperoni wasn't even cooked. This was a complete waste of my money & I won't come back here. Don't bother with the whole "we hope you give us another chance" thing because I won't. The money I wasted here once was enough.
The baked spaghetti was meatless, which i thought it would be normal to offer the meat and you ask to not have it vs the other way around. I personally wouldn't recommend the Alfredo unless you like more of a canned alfredo sauce. The best part was the lasagna and even that was not that great
It has been a while since I have been to Fazoli's. My family really enjoyed our Sunday lunch. It hit the spot.
No dine in! I refuse to use any restaurant that has stopped dine in. If this is your business model, price accordingly (lower prices)
