The iced mocha was one of the best mochas I ever had. Also, the cinnamon rolls are soft, gooey, and delicious. Go get some!
First time here and pleasantly surprised! I ordered an iced mocha, and this is the first iced mocha that truly tasted different than any others. I'm pretty sure the mocha is all homemade, not just a generic chocolate sauce.. and you can tell! My husband ordered a black pour over and also loved it. Very happy with this place, plus such a great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!
When traveling I love visiting coffee shops that I can't experience back home. This was conveniently located withing walking distance of the hotel. The parking lot was crowded when we arrived, always a good sign! Many delicious items on the menu, it was hard to make a choice! We tried the biscuits and gravy which was home made and delicious. We also got the smoothie bowl which was a huge portion and just as delicious as it was pretty!Coffee is life for me and Echelon delivers. The brewed coffee was fresh and hot and "The Formation" latte was fantastic. The cinnamon rolls are also great.Despite being busy food and coffee were made in a timely manner. The staff were all friendly and kind. If we make it back to Springfield we will definitely stop by again. We may even detour for another Latte and cinnamon roll!

I love this place! I'm from out of town but I made it a point to come here at least once when I'm here for business. I get the Matcha Latte and the Sprinter sandwich. Yum! The sprinter has strawberry jelly with ham and cheese.
