Burgers are surprisingly good. The smoker out back smelled amazing (guessing it’s for their famous smoked wings).

I was working at the Springfield Cardinals Stadium and tried to call Yellow Cab for a ride home. When I tried calling multiple times yellow cab disconnected automatically. I walked to the Dugout thinking a bar should obviously and legally know how to get someone a cab. The doorman told me he had no idea how to get a hold of a cab, are you SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME!! I have worked in numerous bars and Nightclubs and they have always known how to get someone a cab. This is very discouraging and upsetting. A bar that obviously by the patrons singing obnoxiously, they of all people should know how to get someone a cab. PLAIN AND [email protected]
I ate here today and the food was great! I had the BBQ bacon burger with onion straws. I will definitely be back!
Love this place! It's not far from where I live, easily within walking distance when it's nice out and service is always fantastic!
Fried pickles are awesome. My wife had the mushroom swiss burger. She loved it. The atmosphere is very comfortable.

High points for hospitality, service, and friendliness of staff and patrons. An inquiry as to whether they could get a specific sports channel resulted to all televisions set to our desired game when we arrived. The special accommodations for our enthusiasm for a hotly contested out state rivalry was much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be sure to stop by Dugout next time.traveling through Springfield..
Seriously some of the best food. It's a hidden gem, and I would recommend to anyone. Staff is great and super helpful.
