We had an issue with our pan pizza, and they took care of everything so well! Definitely kept loyal customers & Would 100% Recommend!FYI: if you haven't tried the Parmesan Bread Bites, you NEED TO!!!
We are visiting from out of town in a hotel. We have been ordering dominos for years and after so many bad experiences in our local town, we’re about to give up on dominos all together. We were not given many options here so decided to order in Springfield. I literally have never been so pleased. Food was so hot when it arrived within 30 minutes of ordering, order was correct, not dry and shy on toppings. The delivery driver was so nice and tried so hard. If all dominos experiences were like this I would definately be a customer for life. Thank you

Employees are always happy to help with any questions or concerns. This store is probably the fastest in Springfield with getting orders ready and out the door! Domino’s knew what they were doing when they chose the location since it’s so close to all the colleges and dorms.
Order from this location when we order from work and everyone orders all the time and it’s always a fast and friendly service. Always very nice drivers. Actually had a guy forget my coke once and he offered to go to the gas station and get me one to make up for it. Great location!
Got one pizza totally wrong not thin crust and instead of bacon they put olives on it and to make it worse the receipt had bacon and thin crust which is what I had ordered. You can do better dominos workers
We came and picked up our pizza and was greeted by Jeremy. He was super friendly and really made our experience at Dominos that much better! Jeremy is a great example of customer service and represents dominos to the fullest.To top it off, the pizza (as always) was amazing. Thank you Jeremy and thank you dominos!
Never had much issue with this place other than my pizza not being cut, but recently both me and my wife got severe food poisoning from this place. Now I'm scared to go back.
Made an online order, couldn’t change the apartment #, but called the store and they got it fixed for us. So that’s not the issue. The issue was the driver was already here, and I went to go get the pizza since they probably hadn’t received the new info. Got to the car, driver asked the name, huffed and got out of the car, slammed the door and basically shoved the pizza at me and they peeled out of the parking lot.Wyatt, I believe it was, needs to have a better attitude.
Very friendly bunch! They are courteous from start to finish. They have a drive thru which makes pick up as easy as possible. My family and I love there blond brownie! We will most definitely use this location and team again for all of our pizza needs.
