Service is always great, and the petite red haired young lady who helped us the other night was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our experience special. I only regret not getting her name! Next time we visit, I guess!
Horrible Curbside Pick up experience. Ordered online. Notified when I arrived. Sat for 15 minutes. Had to ring them twice before anyone answered and they were like, oh yeah we have your order. Sorry we’ll bring it out right away. It was just warm but I had waited and was late. Cold food by the time I got home. Drive thru would have been faster. This was all at 3pm. Not peak hours. I was just forgotten about. Makes me wonder how long it would have taken them to realize on their own. Not at all a good experience.
DUDES/DUDETTESThese burgers are very good. I have tried the following.Mushroom and Swiss the mushrooms were excellent and the cheese good. Only thing I missed was the sauce. In previous versions I had eaten, from other locations, the mushrooms were placed in a thick brown sauce (gravy?).Sourdough melt.. fantastic, I am going to order this again but I will try it with Swiss cheese. The aged cheddar was good. But I think the Swiss will make the flavor brighter.Butterburger with cheese.. my daughter has gotten this twice. I mean how can you go wrong with an American classic.The fries are excellent we could not stop eating them on our way home. They sacrificed themselves for our dining pleasure and did not survive the trip. ❤️ the fries.
Heather at the front counter was absolutely wonderful. Food suggestions were astounding. The custard samples were great. The food was delicious and it was an unforgettable meal. Wish this restauraunt was in Virginia
Really good ice cream,and everything else too honestly.Who don't love a good butter burger.I often get their Sundays mixed up with Freddy's though ?I'm a transport driver for the elderly,I take residents by this culver's often, everyone should get a strawberry shake after seeing a Dr and getting stabbed with needles to extract your fluids.When I was a kid I spent 3 months in the hospital,that was the highlight of my day /week when my parents would bring in a ice cream of sort.They lived just over an hour away so it was hard for them to get there as often as they did.Ice cream seems to be the comfort food ,the one we go to when we're heartbroken,or feeling bad about yourself..So make it a normal ,even if you're not heartbroken or feeling down..how about ice cream ?Go get some
Got some orders worng but still taste grate
Food is always what you expect, it’s good for fast food, and they keep it pretty clean.Staff is pretty hit or miss though. Zach has always been great, but the older lady (I think her name tag said Barb) we dealt with this last time was so rude while we were trying to put in our order. I couldn’t even get a sentence out without her interrupting me. She was super condescending, it was really frustrating. I ended up making my husband finish the order because it was so annoying.
I love their chili and cheese curds. My husband loves their hamburgers. ♥️
Went through the drive thru last night, 2/1/22. The employees were friendly & food was delivered in a timely manner.
Service and food was amazing. They have the best gluten free bun I have ever had.
