In the place the food is excellent however when the food was picked up by me I asked the girl handing me my order if everything is in the bag. She answered yes. Pressing I asked if she put the tarter sauce for shrimp and extra ketchup. She indicated all is inside the bag. When I returned to my hotel room, the tater sauce and ketchup was missing. Now I'm aware this may be insignificant however when you ask for condiments it is to compliment the food your eating.
The restaurant and restroom is very clean and sanitary. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival. Our food was as ordered and to our specifications.We loved the flavor of the day Turtle. Highly recommend this location.5 stars!
Very pleasant staff. Cod dinners were great. Cole slaw was very tasty. But our French fries were cold. Staff happily replaced them with hot fries.
I ordered the cod filet sandwich. The bread was oddly flavored and textured. The bottom bun was kind of gummy. I don't know how, though, since the sandwich overall was dry.The fish itself lacked that crunch I enjoy in a fried fish filet. There was hardly any tartar sauce. Thumbs down. WAY down.On the bright side, the curds were excellent.
The staff is always friendly, even in the drive through. I had the fish sandwich here and it was pretty good, especially from a fast food joint. The ice cream is also tasty, and you can't go wrong with cheese curds. Affordable and yummy.
Food was cooked to order and came out hot and tasting fresh. Cheese curds were awesome. Restaurant was clean and organized. I would stop here again next time I drive through Springfield.
We stopped at this Culver's location while traveling. Excellent friendly & fast service. Lobby and restrooms were very clean and well-stocked. Food was good. I didn't have my kids with me for this trip, but this would have been a good family-friendly stop if I did. There were good kid-friendly menu options, high-chairs for small children, etc. Kinda reminds me of a Braums or Freddies.
Ate here and was very happy with the quality and taste of the food and the speed. Good place for lunch. Service was acceptable, not quite as good as others I have been to.
Food was fresh and I mean fresh like super HOT and soo delicious. Employees were amazing with their fun personalities and smiling faces something you don't see much of these days. Will definitely return while in the area! Thanks for the pleasant experience!
Juicy, great tasting hamburger. Great quality of beef. I was very pleased with Culver's, amazed this was a fast food place.
