The 2 staff members we spoke to were very polite and helpful! The restaurant was full of people but we barely even had to wait which was nice. The food was delicious. The only problem we had was we weren't brought out the veggies for two of our meals but that was okay. Not a big deal for us.My family enjoyed our meals here and the lovely atmosphere.Very cute gift shop

Great friendly service. Tastes just as amazing as I remember it being 15 years ago! Truly one of the best southern kitchens. The French toast is to die for!

Had 3 Biscuit and Gravy with crispy bacon. Biscuits a little under baked but still good, Gravy was great, nice and smooth, bacon was made perfect.

Great food and good prices too! I love their Collard Greens, Meatloaf & brown beans

We stopped at the cracker barrel on our way home from camping. My complaint about the parking lot is that except for two spaces, the RV / camping rows were filled with cars. Made it kind of difficult to get our camper and truck into a spot. Maybe the signage needs to be a little more clear. But our breakfast was great. Service was great. No other complaints

Always a delight, but their menu is insufferable! I buy a burger every single time I come here because I can't possibly manage their disorganized nonsense!!! "Restaurant," more like "restrain me; don't let me put myself through this." What a terrible waste of time!I got an iced coffee drink from their nice picture menu, and it was exquisite. Food is quite nice--at least, the burger is. Maybe a bit heavy, but that's to be expected.

Should have gone with my gut and not gone to a chain restaurant. Probably the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had. The only redeeming thing is that they took off the cost of my meal. Server was either new or not very good. Oh well...

In most cases no news is good news however not in this case. Today's visit to the " Old Country" restaurant had its misfortune. While enjoying my meal with my family I failed to notice my second glass of Coke. Upon finishing, only then was it noticed. Pulp! The whole glass covered in pulp. My guess is the previous dinner had an orange juice or lemonade and unfortunately the glass didn't get properly washed. I should of paid more attention. They removed my drink from my ticket but I feel that was a useless compensation for I already drank from it, if there is any damage its done. I understand that mistakes happen but this is a mistake that should of never happened! Besides that my food was good. This will not prevent me from returning just not soon.

I really like the Chicken fried steak breakfast, I usually get two meals out of it. Plus it's one of the few places in Springfield that still makes homemade gravy, I love it!

We’ve ate at Cracker Barrel many times. My father and I went in about 10am today. Seated immediately, but no menus. Finally got them and our coffee. They were short staffed, which I’m understanding on. Food finally came and then she noticed our coffee was empty. She apologized for the food taking so long, she was cleaning. We ordered the sampler breakfast. Dads bacon was crispy, mine wasn’t even close to being done. The only thing hot was the biscuits and gravy. When I went to pay the bill, the cashier asked me how my food was and I replied that I wasn’t pleased. She said she was sorry and that was it. Do better please.
