Ive been to Country Girls every week for the past 4 or 5 weeks. Every time, great sandwiches. I like the Cuban and the Rachel. Coffee is great, but I always just order a Turtle. My wife loves the Miami and a Vanilla Lavender coffee.
I LOVE this place!! I don't write a lot of reviews, but Country Girls Espresso deserves rave reviews. Their service is fantastic! Everything I've had from there (coffee, food, conversation) has been top notch. Anytime I pick where I'm meeting somewhere this is my go to place.
Tried CGE for the first time today, and I was very impressed. The girl working the window was extremely sweet, and very helpful!
Highly recommend! Fell in love with Cuban Sandwiches in Key West, and was thrilled to find a place in Springfield. Do yourself a favor and visit the next time you need lunch.

Best cuban sandwich and coffee around! I grew up in Miami and it is amazing quality food and REALLY tastes cuban!
Always amazing staff, the flavours are the best in town and with a lot of variety, normally really quick, high quality coffee and sandwiches I'll never go back to Starbucks.

As a Tampa native, I am so glad to find a place that brings a little bit of home to SW MO. I was thrilled to find real Cuban sandwiches, and the Cuban salad which I call the 1905 salad, plantain chips, and cafe con leche. We have been back to this area for about 2 years now and only heard about this place recently. I will definitely be back and cannot wait to bring my family from Tampa here when they come to visit. A huge shout out to Mike for bringing the flavors of home to those of us transplanted in this area!!! ❤️
Excellent service and top quality products. The prices are more than fair.I got the blueberry smoothie and it is perfect, I do not like super sweet smoothies and this smoothie was the perfect amount if sweet. My husband got a breve and really enjoyed it.Highly recommend this Cafe.
