The good: THE BURNT ENDS ARE A+++++The bad: Overpriced ($13.50 for the sandwich only). No meals, everything is Ala carte. We spent $43, 2 burnt end sandwiches, 2 potato salad, 2 cokes. I believe they only had like 4 side items available.

Meat has a good taste overall, but so expensive. $10 for a bowl of brisket "chili" is pretty high.. Keep in mind their chili had no beans, onion, cheese, etc. Things you'd expect in it..mine was big cubes of only brisket in a watery juice. I couldn't finish it because it was just too much after a couple bites that it made me queasy. Pretty disappointing ?
A simple place with high quality BBQ. I have never had burnt ends that were as tender and flavorful as these. I hear the sides are good, if you can afford them. I would give 5 stars if I could somehow justify ANY sandwich, that is no bigger than a standard hamburger bun, being priced at $16. Give them $3 for a soda to go with it and you just spent $20 for lunch. No sides, no chips, just the best BBQ sandwich you've ever had. . . At a price that makes you struggle with sticker shock but not much buyer's remorse. . . because it was pretty darn good.
The burnt tips are tender and succulent. In Minnesota where I'm from bbq is few and far between.
We got the pig bird and the duo, along with beans and cole slaw, the sandwiches were awesome, however the cole slaw was gross and so were the beans.
Easy access. Not the best food. Service was okay.
