I especially love the chick fil a sauce. I could drink that stuff from a bottle. Always fast and quick and very polite. Never have had a rude crew member. And I love how the managers actually care about their employees and put misting fans outside for the workers and big heaters when it's cold. Love you guys!
They are efficient moving the drive thru lines as well as inside orders. The chicken is tasty and the frozen lemonade is just sweet enough. The food is worth the wait. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cost is reasonable. One of my favorites.
Always a busy place but they handle the traffic really well. Their routine on getting your order out is on point. Good is always fresh and I have never had an issue with anything here. Love the atmosphere and the history of this franchise is amazing. If you ever have the opportunity to visit Hapeville Ga dwarf house chic fil a I highly recommend it. Take the tour. It's awesome.
Love the food, love the cheerful employees and love the fast service. Chick-fil-A has mastered the ultra fast and friendly drive through experience. They have redefined the fast food drive through model. Other franchises should take note.
Everything was fine, but I didn't get Chick-fil-A sauce or my salad dressing. I flagged a worker down to get the sauce but didn't notice the dressing until after I left. Bummer. Staff was really kind and efficient otherwise!
Awesome! This was my first ever visit to Chick-fil-A and it was great! Awesome, friendly staff VERY clean establishment, good prices and good food.I wish there was one in California near my home. I highly recommend.
First of all I myself work at a chickfila location here in Springfield MO. I recently got food to go here with my family and noticed a few things, first, incorrectly bagged food (fries stacked on fries(crushes the bottom fries). 3 items stacked on top of each other crushing the 12 nugget box). And secondly they forgot all of our sauces for all 4 of our meals. I want to mention that I love chickfila and what we stand for but there's a few that just feel below standard sometimes, which I'm sure it's not always like this but it does happen (which it does everywhere sometimes) but this also hasn't been my first complaint out of this location. - CFA employee from another CFA
They have by far the best chicken sandwiches you'll find in the area! The waffle fries are amazing as well. Be careful of the lunch rush as the lines here can be quite extensive. Have a meal there and the taste alone will make you realize why they can at times have such long lines. My family is hooked! I personally appreciate that they are closed on Sundays as it is obvious their employees deserve time off for how hard they work.
Found a meal for 10 certificate that I had "put in a safe place" ages ago. Bev Smith was so sweet about the delay in using it. She honored the certificate and made our experience so fun! The entire staff was incredibly kind. We enjoyed some delicious food and had a blast hanging out with some great friends. Thank you!
The food here might be wonderful, but employment is absolutely the opposite. Was hired on to this wonderful location, extremely excited to start. What a wonderful opportunity, there was a miscommunication with scheduling. And I was worried that it would not work out, as I have certain availability. And the manager just fired me Instead of listening to my concerns and answering any of my questions. I messaged one manager three times, two different ways. Trying to figure out what was going on with the schedule, as my scheduling app doesn’t work. And then messaged a main manager just trying to make sure everything was good to go. They let me go instead of simply answering questions and finding a solution. Absolutely devastated. I do not recommend this company, this is the second store that I’ve had issues with employment at. The managers expect you to be robots and if you’re anything less they simply tell you that your employment probably won’t work. And wish you the best ?
