The Chic-fil-A on Sunshine always has it together. They always remember your sauce, your napkins, and they just overall do not fail to deliver excellent service over all categories. I visit this location weekly.

Always have my orders been correct. Down to the sauces we ask for; however.... And this seems like it's been more of an issue lately with restaurants and fast food businesses, ATTITUDES!!! It's always the same girl and guy when we go thru there. . no matter the time of day or day in general, they are so negative. All in all LOVE THIS PLACE

Constantly an issue that I’m not getting what I’m paying for. At this point will be driving further for a different location or going elsewhere for my needs. As someone who comes here 6 days a week for drinks you’d think I wouldn’t get half filled drinks, fries or even soups that seem to be all juice no noodle.

The service and organization is always superb at Chick-Fil-A ❤️ our food was amazing as per usual. I was a little sad that they ran out of chicken strips, I've never had that happen before. We did go a little later on a Saturday. So we tried the Deluxe Chicken sandwich instead and was not disappointed at all!

It was a beautiful day, so I chose to sit outside. Even though I was the only one sitting out there I was asked several times by very pleasant workers if I needed anything. I've been to restaurants with servers who didn't check on me or offer service as much as here, and these employees don't get tips (I don't believe, even though they definitely take good care of their customers).Only complaint would be the tables outside needed wiped off. Where I sat had crumbs as did the other tables I walked by to get to where I sat. I figured being out in the sun probably helped sanitize them, so I wasn't too concerned. I understand that the inside tables probably get more people therefore focused on and cleaned more often.

My kids love this store. We've been there many times. They have a recent crew member (Trot) that has done a great job of making them feel welcome. Overall, the food is good, the service is really spectacular!

Honestly this is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. The cashier was the nicest dude ever. My food is great and I hope the dude has a wonderful happy life.

Always good food and clean dining area

Staff is super friendly, but need to have a bit more attention to detail. Asked for pepper jack cheese on both sandwiches. One of them on the label said pepper jack but had american on it. Asked for large meals, was handed small drinks. We asked to have it fixed and they didn't fill the fry containers all the way. The bread on my friends sandwich was wet and falling apart.Would appreciate a bit more attention to detail, but appreciate your kindness all the same. Just been travelling and was really looking forward to food.

2nd time I have ever been to Chick Filet.I spent $18.20 for my 2 meals. The cup was leaking as I left but there was soda on the top of lid and so I had grabbed a napkin to wipe the sides off.Little did I know there was a whole in my cup. I am driving home which off 44 and chestnut area. I am close to sunshine when I pick my drink up and its dripping on my pants. I had a napkin in my glovebox I grab because there were none in my bags ...thinking my lid is dripping I wipe the cup off again and stick it back in my console. I get almost to W. Mt. Vernon and go to take another drink it starts pouring on my jeans and in between my console and seat and then in the photos you can see, all into my console.I call the store tell them what happened and if I wanted to turn around and drive all the way back over there which I did not they would replace it. I let them know I was almost home ...I mean my food would have also been cold. So he told me that this happens with their cups sometimes and that what he can do for me to check all the cups for me, to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else...so that's what you offer me to fix this and now after a long day I have a mess to clean up...are you kidding me???? I am in sales and have trained people for sales and management....this is not how you treat paying customers. The correct response should have been how about you come in another time with your receipt and will replace it for you. Also its apparent the cups are an ongoing issue that they do not care to correct. Hope you are not the next victim and dressed in something nice!
