Ya know, I've always enjoyed Buffalo wild wings. But today my experience was truly made when my waitress, who goes by the name of "Bella" served us. She was absolutely incredible, I have never had a better waitress in my life. She absolutely made my night and I couldn't be more blessed to have such an incredible waitress. Next time I come to this establishment I will be requesting Bella as my waitress. She deserves a raise! Incredible service by Bella, just fantastic! ?
Buffalo Wild Wings is quite a good restaurant, but it is 10x better on Thursdays. The wings while exquisite, are quite stingy in their cost per wing. Fortunately, Thursday nights are BOGO Boneless Wings night!!! $15 for 20 wings? Yes please. Also the service was great. Bella was a great waiter and deserves the gift card raffle. GIVE IT TO HER NOW.

The food was good, but not what we ordered. It seemed like the sauces were not made right and were a bit grainy. It was also very cold in the establishment. Our waitress read us back our order but messed up in communication with the kitchen because the sauces were not mixed up. The waitress was very polite. It was late so we figured they were closing up shop and why we didn’t ask for it to be fixed. We were tired and hungry. I’m sure we will be back to try it again.
Have been here on several occasions, one being tonight. Always feel gross when I’m sitting at the ONE table that is clean, then cleaning it as we are getting sat. Tables are piled from other customers and no one working on getting them cleaned the whole time we were there. Everyone is lazy and sits at the front on there phone. Unwelcoming. Watching other guest sided there eyes or look at there partner as they’re getting sat. Will not even coming back after a second time experience from this.
Awesome experience and great atmosphere! The food was great and the service was quick and personable. The hosts were very sweet and were quick to get us seated. Our server was fast with our drinks and the order. The food came out quick and it was delicious. The management staff is very friendly and respectful, genuinely good people. I was even allowed to meet some of the kitchen staff, they were all very sweet and nice people. 5 stars, will definitely be coming back.
Ordered some traditional wings through Uber Eats. They barely had any sauce on them and I noticed multiple wings still had feathers on them. Didn't eat them once I saw that. I'm usually pretty happy with BWW. This order, not so much.
Always like trying the new wing sauces and dry rub flavors. The salt and vinegar dry rub was surprisingly really good. Thursday it was buy an order of boneless wings and get an order free. Tuesday they do the same special with bone-in wings. The 3 dollar tall goose island was also a great deal.
Went in the other evening, and the food is what you would expect from any mid priced wing place; not blow your mind amazing, but very fresh and good! So much variety though!However, the reason I will continue to return with my business is 99.9% for the service and atmosphere! My waitress, Jasmine, was so incredible; attentive, speedy, and fun! She's just got one of those infectious smiles! Loved her!!The bartender, I THINK his name was Antony (sorry if I'm getting either of those names wrong) was also amazing, and made me literally the BEST Long Island I've ever had that didn't cost $15 like everywhere else. Suuuuch a good vibe and fun staff. They treat you like people, and not just customers they're trying to push away.11/10 would recommend on experience ALONE
Staff are uneducated on their own menu, and have a tendency to overcharge. Staff are rude and won't greet you for anywhere from 5-15min, especially if you're there to pick up a to-go order. Managers are nowhere to be found, and when I've asked to speak to one (there were several particularly negative experiences), none were available. Restaurant is unclean and very disorganized. I've seen employees vaping in the cashier area. A lot of the staff seem like they're just wandering around trying to avoid working. I've gotten orders that were incorrect, orders that were cold, orders that were clearly not made fresh... Very disappointed. This used to be my go-to for wings. But enough is enough. Don't waste your money on this place, it's not worth it.
