Bravo Brunoâs The new owners and the new improved Brunos has become my fav Springfield restaurant. Whether its the Wagyu filet, Or the linguini with clams. Or the amazing pizza. Everything is fresh and homemade. The bonus is all the staff treat you as family. Superb service with smiles. I should know. I ate there three times this week!!! Was traveling through Springfield and so glad we stumbled upon Bruno’s. Amazing service and great food. Our waitress, Sherri, was wonderful and very helpful with suggesting local favorite for us out of towners. What sealed the deal of the entire experience, though, was the dessert. We chose the special, a pistachio orange tart, which in my opinion was award winning. Their pastry chef, Sophia, also suggested a salted caramel, chocolate ganache crumble with vanilla gelato that left us cleaning our plate. Couldn’t recommended this place enough.
Waitress didn't know what was going on because manager was not there to inform her. Didn't know which wines were available. My Italian sausage was burnt on one side. Wine that was available was way, way, way over-priced. I predict the place won't last another year. Too bad, it used to be good.

What a lovely little place! We’re from out of town and so glad we decided to try this restaurant. Everything was perfect from drinks to dessert. Mike was our server and added to the great evening.

Food was amazing!Atmosphere was nice!Service was incredible!We really enjoyed our experienced.The only let down was the website said that the dress code is "business casual", so we expected a classier atmosphere. When we got there, people were dressed in gym shorts and cut off sleeves and even one of the wait staff had holes in her pants right below the butt cheek.The prices are pretty high for a family dining experience.

DATE NIGHT!!!! Bruno’s has it all. Great service! Family fun atmosphere! Bar and wine service! and top it all with fresh fabulous unique food. Began with their new home made dipping bread and olive oil balsamic dipping sauce. Added cheese and garlic and created a wow!!! Started with a new salad. Grilled vegetables, mixed with butter lettuce, cheese crumbles and balsamic dressing. Delicious and very popular!! Main courses for her Wagyu rib eye with truffle butter. Perfectly seared and seasoned medium rare. For me linguine with clams and diavolo sauce. Impressed my dinner date girl friend. Major date night positives!!!
