First time eating at a Braums. Used drive-thru at 12:40pm. Order #545027. Ordered quarter pounder cheeseburger meal with fries. Person who took order was impatient and condescending when I asked questions, even though I explained it was my first visit. Drive thru crew basically tossed bag to me. Got irritated when I asked to verified iced tea was unsweetened. Drove away and noticed french fry container was only half full and burger was assembledl sloppily. First and LAST time, l ll order from a Braums. Store,#274 on N Glenstone
Best dairy this area of our country. So many quality and inexpensive products here. Family loves the bag of burgers 5 for 5.95 and way better than other fast food joints with sad sandwiches out there lol. Also their milk is A2 which just healthier and taste better. Seriously don't go to big chain stores with watered down milk, buy better and more local.
Love their milk. But the biscuits and gravy were watery not creamy. Love the ice cream. Friendly staff.
Great food, friendly staff and really good prices. My order was ready less then two minutes after I ordered. It was hot and really tasty. Definitely will go back when I'm in town.
OMG. The hidden Hamburger/ Cheeseburger ? heaven. I ordered the triple CB with just meat, cheese, pickles and bread. The BEST tasting burger I have had in years. The FF are fresh and yummy also. Even my 11 yr old said these fries are gooooddd. PLUS you can pick shake or drink. We also loved the Vanilla.I went 1dt time bymyself. Took old man back and wouldn't tell him where I was taking him. Let's say he is a Whataburger nut...But he even was surprised at the great seasons on burger.
Love there ice cream and yogurt cones. Very friendly employees always have a smile on their face
Thanksgiving is always awesome but the best thing about it was we had 8 people and it only cost $18 to for everyone to have two scoops of ice cream was so cheap I couldn't believe it we've been saying happy birthday inside there to my 16 year old daughter and everyone clapped and staying with us it was a good time
Nice big place even has a little market with milk and Other groceries that are cheaper than Walmart. Has plenty of ice cream hamburgers French fries even has ice cream for sale by the pint or the half gallon
Stopped in to get the best crinkle fries than any other fast food place. The best! Grabbed a bacon cheese burger too. Braum's is our go to place for a great burger and customer service. The small grocery store inside has quite a selection of items to pick up take home, the lake, whatever your plans may be.Of course, I cannot pass up the ice cream for a sundae or cone. We have never experienced poor service or product at any Braum's location we visit.
Had dental work done and wanted something soft. Gravy seemed to be watered down, biscuits were a bit tough. It was hot and I was able to cut out the centers and had plenty to eat. Going earlier may be different.
