This is our local Braums that we used to frequent often. But recently the quality of the food has been going down hill. Primarily, it has been the breakfast. Orders also have not been right, mistakes happen, but the quality of the food is something that can be controlled for the most part during preparation. This morning my wife stopped to get 4 breakfast bagel sandwhiches. The bagels were so uneven that one side was barely being held together after they were sliced. Portion size is also not bery good. My bagel was burned on one side of the bagel and the cheese looked like it was put on 3 days ago. See pics.
This has been a great place, great service more often than not. However the last time I was there the lady was very rude and not customer friendly. After minutes at the drive through box I said hello and was told I will have to wait. The day before the drive through was shut down so I was really just checking to make sure it was working. I understand short staffing but to come on and tell me to hold on you will be with me shortly is not asking to much. So a few minutes later I got my order placed. I get to the window and the same voice takes my money and tells me pull forward they will bring my food out. After over 15 minutes I went in and requested my money back but magically the food had just got done. I could except all of this had I been spoken to as a customer should be. Words like we are sorry but there will be a wait or give us a minute we are running behind allow me to know what my situation is. To talk to me in a disrespectful manner is unacceptable to me. A young man in lobby as I was leaving did say he was sorry for the wait and that helps. Had someone did that in the beginning my experience and feelings would be completely different.This is the first complaint I have ever written about a business. I normally just don't go back but at a place I know that has a lot of very good people working there I hate that a rude unpleasant person would reflect poorly on them.
Delicious! The chicken strips are thick, generous pieces. The chili is so beefy and filling with plenty of cheese to top it off, and a dollop of sour cream! Lots of crackers, too! My husband got the Big Double cheeseburger and it was huge! The fries were perfect crinkle fries. Fresh, hot, and a little crunchy around the edges. Just the way we like them. Service was fast, an everything was in the bag!Yummy!
Even here in the land of Andy's, Braum's is able to compete. They use low lactose milk, the prices are lower than the competing brands and it tastes as good or better. I highly recommend Braum's.
Such a busy place but they always seem to not let it get them in anything seeming like a bad mood. Love them and their cheerful smiles.
Interesting that when my grandson brought some extra burgers home, I really enjoyed them. So, I was thinking my husband and I might just order a fresh bag for ourselves yesterday. I was not impressed. They might have been alright had they not been so peppery. We also bought a couple small shakes. That was about all my husband wanted since he had just gotten out of surgery and we were on our way home. The shake was alright, but not overwhelmingly so. My husband enjoyed his, and the rest of mine. He didn't eat any of the burgers until today. He likes them fine, but he likes pepper too!All together, I was not very impressed. I expected something a little more extraordinary from an ice cream place that is advertised like they are.But I didn't get the chicken tenders and I may give them another chance and get that next time. My grandson says they are the bomb! We'll see.Well priced by the way.
We were in town for the Bass Pro event and stopped here on the way out….fantastic service and the food was great. That Braun sauce is similar to another chains sauce, but I think it’s way better!!
I used to go all the time, went back recently with my girlfriend for an ice cream date and it was awesome. The only issue was an old couple that was weird and pretty rude, but that's not the store's problem! I def reccomend for a date. Cappuccino flavor is absolutely godly.
Great Restaurant! Fast drive thru service with great employees. The man that helped me was quick and helpful. Love the German Chocolate Malt, 4 cheese cheese burger, and Love the fries! Delicious food! This Braum's has great service and is Very clean inside and outside. Nice location! Definitely Recommend!
Absolutely best burgers and ice cream in town in my opinion. Staff is very helpful and store is clean. I recently misplaced my debit card after I paid for my purchase. Derek (sp) went beyond what could be expected of an employee to help me find it. He traced my route, even knew which cart I had used and asked others also took my name and phone so I could be contacted if they found it. I'd rate them better than a 5 if I could! Thankfully I found the card in my wallet after I got home. Thanks Braums!!
