Single worst experience I've ever had just trying to get lunch before going back to work. I placed and order no mayo no tomato I get the sandwich with mayo and tomato no big deal I go ask to have it corrected, they forgot so 30 mins later (not exaggerating) I go ask about it they make it really fast and mess it up again so I go back a 3rd time the guy offered a refund which was cool andade it again, the chicken was one big grissle not edible it was like a piece of rubber so I didn't eat it I just left after almost an hour spent in the store. Worst braums in town without question.
This is not about Braums the company, this is about this specific location. Three people in my party got the same flavor of ice cream and it was freezer burnt. When my mother in law, on Mother’s Day none the less, told them about it, the response was essentially “sorry, it tastes fine to us”. No offer to give her something different and I actually had to ask for a refund after they sent her away with nothing. I didn’t have a problem getting the refund but I was extremely disappointed at their customer service. And this came not from the server behind the counter but the person he went to get (not sure if it was a manager). I won’t spend my time or money at this location again.
I've always enjoyed Braum's but this location has lacked in cleanliness and friendliness the last few years since they seem to have lost management that holds it's employees to a more acceptable standard. Furthermore, I don't understand why I can't get a shake from here that doesn't have ice cream all over the outside of the cup?I would have given this location 5 stars in the past, and it would be a 2 star review if it weren't for my nostalgic ideals from here. Hopefully upper management can wrangle the issues and bring this store back to where it used to be.
Being able to buy groceries, a burger or ice cream makes Braum’s stand out. The restaurant itself is actually fairly cheap. For example, you can get 5 plain burgers for under $6. I also tried the Aloha Burger, which was mediocre. The employees looked dreadful, but they were very fast at getting orders out. All in all, a decent place to hang out and grab a quick bite.
The ice cream was absolutely delicious. The night shift manager is absolutely awful. A dark hearted women, got mad for me paying with American currency. Poor management always ruins an experience!
Stopped in to pick up supper while there I picked up some beautiful red apples, some yogurt, grabbed a 12 pack of spring water as well, Analyzing employees, always such a clean store.
Delicious food & ice cream!? Pleasant employees who work to get your order completed quickly and accurately. Clean restrooms and restaurant. Nice grocery area in the store where you can get milk, juices, meats, some fruits and vegetables, etc. Always Love Braum's! Definitely Recommend!
My son and I got ice cream to go there and ended up I'll from it. My card was charged twice (I was told my card was declined twice) so my son paid cash for it. A person working there grabbed the receipt and took off with it. One of the employees commented that the strawberry sauce was brown! I honestly thought it was some inside joke with the people working there. Dig down to the bottom and get the red stuff!! After a few bites, I could taste something was nasty in it, so I called the store. (No, I did not eat anymore, that was enough to ruin my appetite). The manager told me I was wrong. Then told me without a receipt, he wouldn't do anything. I called the corporate office. They called me back the following Monday. We were both still ill, but improving. Hard to say if anything was done about. I just hope it gets cleaned up so no one else gets sick. As for us, never again. I have an ice cream maker at home.
Very high quality service, food, and esp. value for the money spent. Love that you can get milk as an option for the drink with the meals. #onlymilkwedrink
The associate who handed us our order did not seem to enjoy her job, ever, or was simply in a foul mood. With that being said, my ice cream mix with m&Ms was so sweet. My husband's ice cream, a dollar well spent. We will go back, hopefully the employee won't be so hateful, especially when I was very pleasant and appreciative of her.
