For fast food it is the best.. I like the #12 Is like a smaller beef patty with fresh veggies and a real milkshake! Not the frozen chemical goop the serve at other places for an additional fee...Value and quality... The service is always good..
Kids always love coming to Braums. We always order the same thing. Bag of cheeseburgers with a few large fries and a drink. The line from the drivethrough was out the road. Line inside was 4 or 5. Took 20 mins to order food. Short handed and all working hard. Another 25 mins to get our food. Hamburgers. No cheese got charged 40 cents for a slice of cheese. And then charged like I had ordered like 5 meals. 3.00 more than a bag of burgers. Plus the cheese. Not sure ill be back. Things are pricey as it is. Girl even asked how to ring me up. Not happy being so over charged, and kids were unhappy about no cheese.
I felt so sorry for the manager. The young kids he had working did know how to work or follow directions. They were so busy. The ice cream wasn't that great. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I wouldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for asking an older lady to make it. Braum's might be good 8n other areas, but if you see a crowd and a line, don't stop. (Umless you have the patience of Job)
We got our food pretty fast. We ate inside. It was pretty clean inside. When we went to go get a chocolate shake, it was chaos. The workers did their best but, the one making our shakes had a panic attack in the middle of making them and ran to the back.Then I stood there figuring she was going to come back but she nwver did. I had another worker ask me if I had been helped and I explained what happened after about 10 minutes of waiting. I finally got my shakes after 30 minutes of standing there.I understand being busy and short staffed but you can also hear the workers complaining about it and about other people while standing there. Overall it wasn't a bad visit but it wasn't good either.
Best Braum’s in town.I’ve been eating at this specific location since I was a kid, many times with my grandparents and they have never failed to exceed my expectations in customer service cleanliness and order accuracy while many other fast food joints will give you a bag with no food in it. Hands down this location has always had the best employees and management ?
I went through the drive thru today ordered a banana split and a chocolate cone just to get home to realize I received a banana split that looked to have been in the cooler for a long time! Hopefully they check their cooler temp because I live less than 5 mins away and it was soup and the whipped cream was completely flat! It's sad drive thru service and fast food in general has got so poor on service and cutting corners!
It’s a hit and miss here. We ask for a double scoop. But get about a scoop and maybe a half. Something it’s freezer burnt. You can taste it. ? Last time my husband got it for my part of my cone was gone.
This a problem everywhere, but it shouldn't be. It wasn't that busy today in the drive thru. It took a long time, I got cold food, no cheese on the cheeseburgers and a Coke with no syrup. I'm not worried about the delays, but getting an order correct with good food shouldn't be that hard for a restaurant. I've never had a problem at Braums before, but you need to train your people better. Not a good experience!
Restaurant is dirty ice dispenser is nasty drink fountain isn't clean. To top that off the Greene County Health Restaurant inspector said that there wasn't anything wrong a few days before!
I asked for a side of mayo and you are going to serve me this? This mayo looks like it sat out. Never again. My fries were so cold they were rubber. Never again.
