We loved the food, but when it came to getting the shakes, they arrived after we ate our meals. The hamburgers were good, but the shakes were not worth the wait. The Oreos in my shake were super stale.
This looked like it would be a great place but it was average at best. Burgers had been sitting out and were barely warm and very dry. Service was a bit above average but won’t be a place that we return to.
Hubby had the bacon burger and I ordered the brisket sandwich. We split the Parmesan truffle fries. TONS of food , we ate till full and barely got through half of our orders. The food was amazing and the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The grown up milkshakes are a must!
The atmosphere is awesome. The Food was awesome and the Service was Awesome! They even gave me a free burger for the next visit since our order took a bit. It was a busy night! I recommend the Parmesan Truffle fries, also their Peanut Elvis Shake, both Virgin and Alcoholic.
This is a must stop local spot. We were super impressed with the quality and the presentation. Definitely one of the best burgers we have had the pleasure to eat. We travel a lot and love to find the local spots. This will definitely be a return stop. The burgers are absolutely fabulous! The fries were unique and top notch! We tried all of the house made sauces, and they were all fantastic. Our waitress was super sweet, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back when traveling through again!
Absolutely fantastic. Traveling cross country, saw the place on the maps as open. Glad we stopped in.Amazing burgers, great atmosphere, friendly servers, prob the best burger I’ve had. Delicious custard shake as well and good sweet potato fries.“Just what the dr ordered” burger out of this world.
The food is PHENOMENAL and that is not even a good eanough description. What the doctor ordered is thee best burger EVER. The fired are fantastic and super flavorful. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. It is a great environment and would one million precent go back. I wish there was more of them/ one closer to my house.
I had the Cowboy Carl and a Purple Haze shake. My wife had the Veggin' Out and Jungle boogie cocktail. We shared an order of apllewood bacon smoked fries. We couldn't decide on the dipping sauce so our waitress brought us a sample of each. The burgers were good, but we could have eaten just the fries. They were the best food item I have had in a long time, and the best french fries on the planet. Each dipping sauce was amazing on them. Our waitress was kind friendly and professional, and it was a fun environment. I could eat there all the time, but sadly we live in the Wichita, Ks area. I would recommend them to anyone. Next to us was a table with several kids that were enjoying their shakes. Awesome place.
If you love burgers as much as we do you MUST visit Black Sheep Burgers. We loved everything we ordered. The kids even loved their food and they are super picky! My daughter ordered the "don't go bacon my heart", the hubs & I ordered the "foodie" & the "bleus brothers". All 3 burgers were excellent!! The truffle & parmesan fries were also excellent!! Highly recommend!!
Words I thought my kids would never say are this place is WAYYYY better than Lamberts. We came here because the restaurant is a top rated one here on Trip Advisor. I’m so glad that we decided to come. The six of us had different burgers and shakes. All of it was amazing. My kids were bummed because the shakes have alcohol in them. Luckily we helped them realize they are all non-alcoholic. Apparently this happens every time kids come in to the restaurant. Anyhow, amazing food, awesome service and great prices.
