super nice employees. the food is fantastic and if you go at the right time you can have the whole place to yourself. they've added pinball machines and some new vendor games so it is definitely well worth going to and checking it out, not only for the food and for the good service, but to play some damn good pool
Good place to go shoot pool .I don't like the tournament size tables but that's the only thing I didn't care for other than that it's nice place to go
I've been coming as a regular for some time now, absolutely love the place and good people. Doesn't matter if it's in the morning or late at night, always good service and good food. Just a great place to go. Beautiful full size pool tables and great environment. Glad I found this place to be honest.
This is my first time coming back to billiards since it's reopening. The wife and I had a great time in the 2 hours we were there. We played some pool, had a couple drinks and ate some bomb (great) food. The differences from before the shut down to now would definitely be the atmosphere, the new paint job, bigger T.Vs, taking care of the pool tables and widening the front patio made everything feel more welcoming. I will definitely be back soon.
First time being in the restaurant after it reopened. Food was awesome and reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were updated and everything was really clean. The pool tables were nice and had great music! We are glad that they are back open. We will be back soon!
Went to this place on Sunday to have a good time with a few friends and my card was charged twice. I called and spoke with Able on Tuesday and he told me to call back Wednesday If I had not received the money, when I called back he was not available and I was told that they needed to take my number and Richard would call me back. They then changed their business phone number the same day, and will not answer the phone now nor has anyone called me back or the money been returned. I will be making a visit in person to get this resolved as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau and attorney general if not solved today!
This place is under new ownership and they remodeled and it's fabulous looking. It's so clean and beautiful. The customer service is really great also. It's just a really relaxing nice atmosphere and everybody looks so happy that's in here right now. The only problem is you have to find a parking spot which is a little bit difficult. You can't really park in the parking lot it's pretty small so you have to park and walk.
Came here for the first time since it re-opened back up. Food was amazing. Facility was super clean. Food was reasonably priced as well as delishious. I had 3 different waitresses for some reason but they were all 3 very kind and quick to help with whatever. Props to those 3 girls. I was impressed with how far it had come since the last owners. Pool tables were clean and only a ten minute wait. although the only improvement i found was anytime i wanted to order another drink or wanted to close my tab, I stood at the bar 2 different time for about 5min or so and not one person asked me what i needed. I ended up grabbing a waitress and she was more than helpful.
The wait stuff was very helpful but as we were leaving my younger friend felt picked on as she was paying out. They made fun of her for not feeling comfortable paying by herself because she had never been there and needed a little help. She does not feel comfortable going back anymore and I am very embarrassed that they treated her that way.
I was really happy to find out Billiards was open again but after the service we had I will not be going back. The food is nowhere near what it was and we waited 20 minutes at the bar before anyone offered to get us anything. ( One other person at the bar not busy at all) The staff was more interested in talking to each other behind the bar than taking car of customers. I finally got a beer and our food and that was the last time anyone checked on us I sat for 30 minutes with an empty glass in front of me. Then I check my bank statement and somehow they charged my card 2 times. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
