Locals said hands down “Bellacino’s off Glenstone”I came here to pick up 4 Large 16” pizzas for lunch for a customer of mine, as a thank you.Customer service was great and understanding. I called several times. Put my order in Sunday b/c their closed Monday. That way I could deliver at 11:30am for lunch Tuesday. Nailed it.Bellacino’s Pride, Taco, pepperoni, and half sausage and half cheese pizzas. They were great! not too thin, not too thick crust. We all have a metric when judging food. For me and pizza, it’s Taco pizza that I judge the hardest cause when done right it’s my favorite. Bellacino’s does their taco pizza right.Another happy customer! My customer and me as a patron.
The food and service were both great! I ordered a small pizza and a Blue Moon.
Food and service were great and the wait time wasn't long at all. Nice clean establishment with a great atmosphere. We had a pizza and grinder, both of which were very good!
Since I've been having to visit Springfield for June and July for regular appointments, I've been trying out various eateries. I came in to Bellacino's after the lunch rush, and it was dead. I was promptly greeted by a waitress, who was polite and put up with my tons of questions asking for suggestions. She even tolerated my awkward attempts at small talk while waiting for my order.I ended up ordering one of the deep dish style pizzas to go, for about $30. Though it was pretty good, I feel like the price was a bit on the high side for what I got. In a world with tons of pizza options of varying quality, the bang for the buck proposition wasn't quite where I felt it should be.The service was good, the pizza was pretty good, and I'd be comfortable suggesting the place for take out (or dine in) based on my singular experience... But the price seemed a bit high. If price isn't a major factor for you, it's definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.
We had a promotion for a free entree if we ordered two entrees & two drinks. My husband had 3 beers & I had a Dr Pepper. Upon receiving our check, we were charged for an extra Dr Pepper that we didn’t order. We brought this to the waiter’s attention, he said the charge was per his manager’s instructions. We asked to speak to the manager but we were told he was busy & couldn’t speak to us. The manager should have read the promotion & trained his waiter better, who had only been there a week. Bellacino’s, you just lost two customers & any other customers we might have brought your way or suggested they eat there, not going to happen now.
I have ate here several times. The first time I ate here was because of the EAT Springfield Card. I have ate here several times since. I bought a 2022 VIP Dinning Card and they was on it. They refused to honor the card they signed up for. On the card you must buy 2 drinks two receive 1 free entree . I have three beers and my wife had a Dr. Pepper. The owner said the beers do not count so he charged us for 2 Dr. Peppers. Will never go back. Good food poor ownership.
The French dip was fantastic. Prices not to bad and the service was very good and friendly. Will go back for site. Loved that French dip.
Everything from ordering, to pickup, to eating our meals was great! My husband and I shared a cauliflower crust pizza. That was the best cauliflower crust pizza I've had. We also had an 8" pepperoni pizza & spaghetti with meatballs. Those were also delicious! The inside of the restaurant was cute and inviting. We'll have to dine in next time ?. Thanks Oconomowoc ?!
I eat at this restaurant a lot. But will be the last visit Saturday evening. The owner was rude and did not care about the bad pizza they cooked. Chicken Alfredo pizza. The chicken was grey color. I mean dark grey color. Not chicken. Looked bad. It never looked like that before. The owner manager came out to the table and said he cooked it right and said just eat it. The waitress was the only good experience in the restaurant Saturday evening.
Absolutely best pizza around! We are from Carthage, Mo, we drive an hour to eat here. Love this place
