We had a group of 20 in town for a funeral and went for lunch on a Friday. We didn't give much notice and didn't have to wait long. The food was fabulous as was the service. Everything came out perfect, hot, and so yummy. Not a single order was wrong, and we had drink refills constantly. My husband and I moved from the area 10 years ago and are so glad we went for lunch, as it was just as exceptional as we remembered it.
We had a delicious lunch there after the MSU graduation yesterday! Absolutely perfect. Wonderful waitress and delicious food. We were a little late because graduation was longer than anticipated, but they gladly saved our table for us! We will visit again for sure! Thank you do much!
The food was pretty good, I didn't really understand why they serve raw garlic for the bread. I love garlic, but it wasn't fresh nor was it even appealing to spread on the bread. The real problem I had was the disgusting tables, they have these wooden tables that have huge gaps in between the wooden boards that are just filled with crumbs and food. Please, someone tell them to grab a vacuum cleaner and CLEAN. I do not want to eat on barely cleaned tables. Location is great and the food is pretty good, but the young girls that are servers probably don't even know that the tables are that gross.
Worst dining experience I've ever had. Starting with the very rude tall blond pony tail girl who "seated" us, to a table with big cracks between the all the boards full of old food and germs, (really, it would be impossible to clean this out and was old food debris literally turned black) to watery runny inedible spinach dip with the greasiest bread to supposedly dip with, (that also took 20 minutes to arrive) and even early in the night they were out of the correct pasta for both our meals and substituted shell macaroni instead. Both meals were bland and boring.The waitress was kind so a good tip was still left, but really, REALLY, avoid this place and go anywhere else. I'm overlooking the small boring menu also.
Still my wife and I's favorite affordable Italian restaurant in town. Fast service, fresh food, and large portions. They have been consistent in every way. Can't wait to come back for more!
We had dinner there lastnight my pasta meal had the water in it still from the pasta being cooked it was not at all good. We have been here many times before we have always enjoyed it but this time it was not great the wait was very long for our food. Not sure if we will be back.
This is a classy place with fast and friendly service. The staff acts so professional. The food comes quickly in an atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the people who accompany you. The food is good. You ought to give it a try.
It was an absolutely great experience. We had a great serving staff while there. Everyone was very courteous and very accommodating. The food is great quality for the prices. To me it seems to be the best Italian place that I've tried in town. This is especially true whenever you incorporate price into that rating. Everything there was well priced and you get very large and generous portions. All around a great eatery.
I've been coming to Bambino's for years, but lately I feel like the quality has slipped a bit. The alfredo sauce is so thick it doesn't even run off the fork or spoon kind of sits there like paste. The meat sauce has never been very good, the burger is ground so fine you barely recognize it for what it is. For some reason the bread always taste like it's going stale. Never used to be this way. On the plus side the service is always great, and it is actually a nice place to eat if you'd like to have a conversation while you're dine.I think they just need to review how their cooks are making the sauces and tweak them a bit. I appreciate I appreciate how expensive beef is, but if you are going to have a meat sauce, you should be able to taste and see the meat. A bad sauce can ruin any Italian meal.
Bambinos is a great place to eat. Delicious food, reasonable prices and wonderful service. My wife and I eat there at least 1once a week, sometimes 2. If you're looking for a great Italian place to eat, be sure to check out Bambinos.
