Ordered pick-up, the order was wrong. Fried pickles were barely battered and gross. The burgers weren't too bad at all (though they weren't what we ordered). The person working was great and very friendly. He is the only reason I would give 3 stars.
Tried to call ahead to verify hours but nobody answered. Arrived at 9 p.m. and was told they already shut off the grill because they close soon. Their listed hours were for 10 p.m. If burgers are your main menu item times 35, why is the grill shut down an hour early? If you don't intend to grill when your name includes the word grill, just say you close at 9. The food used to be decent but pricey for a burger. Who even knows now.
Really good Hamburgers and good place to have a drink after work. Also has about 10 TVs around with the game you want to watch on. It's good.
Server was really nice. Our appetizers were good and beer was cold. Highly recommend!
I got delivery from Uber Eats and I honestly think that I just had the best burger I've ever had in Springfield. I didn't expect it to be bad, but I did NOT expect it to be THAT good.
There was a piece of paper separating the slices of cheese on my burger. They give you about 7 fries with your order. My burger was supposed to come with breaded fried bottle caps but came with raw jalapeños instead. The glass they gave me had food residue from the previous use on it. This place has gone so down hill over the last 5 years.
If you can't find a burger topped the way you like it at Bair's You haven't read the menu. This place has a huge combination of burger toppings and all that I've tried are quite good. Great wings too.

EDIT: When I contacted Baird on Facebook the owner belittled me and had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. All over the fact I called out an employee for walking out on them.
