Ordered our food and while waiting on it I was enjoying a nice glass of ice tea. About half way finished with the tea I noticed something that dint look, shall we say normal, there was a roach embedded in one of the ice cubes. I showed the young male waiter and asked what he thought it to be. Management came to our table and apologized and said our meal was on them. The food was good but I ate it like it was a game of where's Waldo.

I am handicapped and alone and could hardly open the door. I had to ask the girl who normally checks people in to help me. She finally did and wasn't doing anything else. I also use a cane to walk. After I got seated and ordered my food, it took an extremely long time to get my food. 32 minutes to be exact. The medium well 6 oz. sirloin steak I ordered was overcooked, very dry, tough to eat and looked like it was only about 4 oz instead. The steamed broccoli was good but the green beans were not cooked at all. Very raw. I will never go to this Applebee's again.

Love this applebees location. Great service. The food took a while to make it to our table. However, when it did arrive it was hot and tasty. We had a great time and we will return.

We all like to dog on Applebee's but they have decent enough food for a quick bite and you don't want to cook at home. It's not great but nor is it bad. It's just a safe bet.

We got the to go garden salad with chicken on top. The chicken was cold and dry mostly all crust; the garden salad was two slivers of lettuce the rest cole-slaw. I’m not sure why? Not going back to Applebees.

Myself, my wife, 2yr old, 3 yr old. Ordered the wings appetizer,, salad, 2 kids pizza's. Watched our waiter chat with his friends seated at the bar for 30 minutes and someone from the kitchen brought us our cold food. Our server did NOT gaf. The place wasn't even busy. 10-15 total customers.

The restaurant is in desperate need of an update. Overpriced for what they offer. The food is never good. Last time I went I was served with cold potatoes and broccoli, though the steak was done as I asked. Time before that they brought out the macaroni and cheese with water on it instead of sauce. The server tried to say that the cheese sauce there was just watery but she brought us extra and it was normal cheese sauce so not sure what she was thinking we were talking about.

Here are emails going viral between the Apple Bees in Lawrence KS, Springfield MO, and a Executive Director of Operations saying why gas prices are good for management. Wayne takes swings at employees living paycheck to paycheck and also local ma and pa shops. He is crossing his fingers for the demise of local businesses and his own employees, so he can profit off of it. Ill never return to one of your moldy establishments, and I’m going to spend the next couple days spreading the word to make sure no one else does.

I just dropped in really late (about 10pm) because hunger was becoming more than just a pain. Google was informing me of late night eateries with not so many options. The food was fast, affordable, and I would go on to say a high standard in comparison to other Applebee's. I mean it is what it is. It was good. The beer was fast and cold. My kind of place.

I’m not sure if it’s the pandemic or just this Applebees but our experience was very not great. The restaurant was so stuffy and warm. My steak was over cooked so was the bread stick and the noodles was very under done! I know things are rough right now but to pay 65$ for a below satisfactory meal we will not be back.
