I enjoyed the hot fudge sundae as it was very satisfying but the people at the window were not really friendly. It is a get in and get out mentality.
Went there had four cars in front of us.. thought this was gonna take forever . The guy came out in the rain took all the orders and got our ice cream in no time I was amazed.. they did a great job. And the strawberry shortcake sundae was amazing...
Very delicious frozen custard. It annoys me that they try to takw my order before I can see the menu. They use significantly less custard in the sunday then they used to, and fill the gap with nuts and fudge. Very good though
A little short staffed as everywhere these days. But the service was great, the custard perfect, and the customer service was very friendly. I would always recommend it highly!
When we arrived they were so busy the line was all the way out to the road, but in spite of that they managed to get our order taken and served in less than 4 minutes. Very impressive. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it cost almost $15 for two concretes! So as good as it was it's not a place I can go to often due to the cost.
Being from Southeast Texas I've never heard of this place. The wife and I had made plans to come visit Springfield and wifey's mother told us about this place. So, we made a stop here and we were not disappointed. I got the mint chocolate and my wife ordered butter pecan. Folks, this was some good stuff let me tell ya. If we're ever back in this area we will most likely visit again. ??

Nice and patient staff. Made orders quick. Had a large group in front of us in line and the staff did a decent job of getting through their order.

It was just perfect. One of the best banana splits in town. An obligated visit to anyone who loves ice cream. The cashier lady was beyond helpful.
