Great service! I didn't know If I would have to call in to order the amount of Ice cream I got for a work event so I came in person to talk it over in person and said that I didn't mind waiting or could come back tomorrow if need be, and they still made 4 gallons worth of custard some how in almost 5 minutes for me bagged and ready to go as well and as quickly as if I ordered a Sunday. Much appreciated! ?? The answer on if you have to call ahead of time for 4 gallons of ice cream by the way, is an astonishing yes if that surprises anyone but me lol

Frozen custard, with fillings, very good sweet treat on a hot day. Friendly folks at the window, also had sprechers soda, hard to find that.
Great locally owned frozen custard. Andy's is an institution and they always provide good consistent quality no matter which convenient location you go to! Their staff is always friendly and efficient and they even gave my dog a puppy cone!
This stop was made at the advice of my wife and oldest daughter .It was good eats. I had a Sunday with vanilla custard pecans caramel and hot fudge was good.Both wife and daughter liked theirs , a Chocolat concrete Sunday and a caramel pecan sunday.
If you love custard, you have to try Andy's. Wow! I was sad that I wasn't very hungry when some friends decided to take us here, but I tried my husbands plain vanilla custard, and I wished I had gotten my own. So rich, perfectly creamy, served at just the right temperature. Outstanding stuff.
Last two times the spoons have physically cut my mouth every spoon for every order including the kids was unreasonably sharp.
Andy's is always top notch yummy! Whether you're just passing through Springfield, or have tried it a thousand times...you should plan to get some more! Its always so delicious, and such a decadent treat.I, personally, love the chocolate custard - and highly recommend getting anything with that, if you're also a chocolate lover.You can't go wrong with Andy's Frozen Custard.
Be careful at this location. I was supposed to get a free treat (earned the points on my account) and I was still charged for the treat. We didn’t realize it until after we left. I’m trying to reach customer service for a full refund for that treat. We’ll see what happens.
