Love Andy's. Everytime I'm in Springfield I try to get some fr one of the stores. So creamy and topping are always fresh.
The line is always a little long, but the wait is worth it! I love they have two menus so as you’re briefly waiting your turn to order, you have an opportunity to think about what you want. It’s especially important given all the delicious options you have to choose from. This time my wife and I got the Freedom Berry Jackhammer and the Jitterbug Concrete, both were AMAZING! We don’t frequent here often, but when we want a special, sweet treat Andy’s is our go-to place.

The only mild issue with this location is trying to get into the parking lot, but normally the workers are on top of the lines to reduce congestion in the road. Food is always good, staff is always friendly.
Andy’s is just one of the best frozen custard treat stops around. Always something good with so many options. And the seasonal flavors are always the freshest and delish items. Today was a bootdaddy and a crunch concrete. These are the small so if any complaint would be too large of a serving. It is a meal in its self. Is there such a thing? Ha I don’t think so. But definitely a lot for your buck.
Delicious and quick service. Righty priced. The salted pecan with chocolate fudge and caramel is the best!!
First time having a chocolate malt and I can definitely say I'm not disappointed. I think it's a new favorite for me.
the vanilla malted was just ok, over priced for my idea of ice cream I can think of better places to spend my money but since the line of cars went around the building and the service was really quick. The staff was really good about helping people quickly.
Andy’s. That’s all you need to say around here and everyone smiles and nods enthusiastically! Everyone loves Andy’s! It doesn’t matter how old or young you are or what kind of ice cream you prefer. The frozen custard here is amazing and the staff is always friendly! We never have a long wait-even if there is a line, they keep it moving quickly! We are forever customers!
