Sub par, took way too long and tasted like the person that was making food was also making cinnamon twists at the same time everything tasted like cinnamon sugar. Chips and cheese was the only edible thing.Can’t stand wasting my money on food when they don’t care.
To sum it up the employees just do not have the work ethic and ability to even be able to work a job of this Magnitude you wait in the drive thru for up to 1 hr some days only to get the wrong food and it's cold and gross.. if you watch the drive Thur of long john silvers.. it will be as long as there's but done way faster the taco bell corporate don't care they just make excuses. It's bad when the store manager has given up..
The past couple times I’ve came in through the drive thru they have declined my services and said they weren’t open during the middle of the day? I always have problem with this location, employees are always rude or they will completely mess up your order even after double checking with them about your order. Don’t waste your time coming here
This was the WORST service EVER!!! The girl working drive through was rude, had no personality NOT TO MENTION our food was just thrown in the bag with a gang of napkins jnthrown on top of the food, just RIDICULOUS!! and they weren't even busy!!!!
One day they said no cash the next day they accept exact cash or credit card, and then only credit card. When I asked the manager about this she told me if I don't like it go somewhere else, so unprofessional it's unreal. And when I asked the young lady about taking cash instead of the credit card they said they would not give me my order and would turn me away versus taking my cash, so is this what we're turning to now!
This restaurant is a joke. The employees are rude. The lobby is never open so they are only taking one order at a time in the drive thru but still can't the orders right. Plus, it takes them over 20 minutes to get thru 6 cars.
Service sucks food was greasy and cold and took forever and didnt even get the order correct after correcting them twice.. total waste of good money and 25 minutes of waiting to get food after ordering! Taco bell sucks and I do NOT recommend them to anyone anymore, my family and I used to eat there twice a week and now I refuse to return it's so bad.
This is 2 soft taco supremes, do you see a problem here. Ordered at same time in same bag and same order. Not happy!
The rest of my order was fine, but not only was I in the drive thru line for 45 min, the burrito I ordered had sour cream in it even though asked for it to not have it, so I had to throw it out.
They gave us a total of 9 chips with 2 orders of chips and I asked for 4 nacho cheese cups, but they gave us 6. So we had 9 chips and 6 cups of cheese. That's why we go to warrensburg, 35 mins away to get taco bell.
