Horrible horrible service. Was even greeted and sat and then waited over five minutes and no one ever showed up. It was interesting that as I walked in to employees that were sitting down lounging around decided to get up and go into the back kitchen yet no one came to take even a food or drink order. Comically, after departing the establishment I called to speak with a manager and they had some excuse that they did not know that I was there and by the time they realize that they had a customer I was already gone and they were sorry for the horrible service. Likewise, I asked who/how to contact a district or regional manager and was told “I don’t know their contact information “…. Won’t be eating at Sedalia Perkins anymore!!!!

Ordered food online, got there to pick up my order all the employees were in the back nobody up front to greet customers,so I stayed there for over 5 minutes until somebody finally come out just to hand me my food then they forgot my drink, turned out being a warm can of soda all the while there was a couple standing there that ended up getting their own menus and started walking over to seat themselves. Not the best

Great food and amazing service on a Sunday visit with family. Had been awhile since we ate here, but will definitely be back soon!

A little expensive, but excellent food and service. Two people, nothing fancy at all, $51! Ouch

My husband enjoyed his chicken and waffle. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, I did find a hair in the stuffing, waitress apologized and took it off our receipt.

Brought a crew in for breakfast, yesterday, and decided to have some, myself. After perusing the menu, I selected the Magnificent Seven, with two eggs, two strips of delicious bacon, and three fluffy pancakes. My efficient waitress kept me topped up with the water I needed to rehydrate, and brought me my food in short order. The eggs were nicely scrambled, bacon perfectly between chewy and crisp, and the hotcakes with a nice dollop of butter that I spread on the them, where it melted as it should. Without needing to ask, my waitress brought hot sauce and ketchup, and a nice decanter of syrup. All was consumed pleasurably, something that good service makes even better. I was glad we stopped in!

Walked in & no wait. The seat had crumbs on it. The lady that seated us brushed it off for us. We sat down & the table was sticky. We had the waitress clean the table for us. We ordered orange juices. Received them promptly. They were very watered down. We told the waitress and said we want to return our juices. Told her we wanted to stick with water. She said this would be removed from ticket. We received our breakfast soon after. The bacon was not fit to eat. We ate what we could of our meals and then looked at our ticket and our juices was still on our bill. We went and checked out and they removed the juices from our bill. This place has always been our go to when we are in Sedalia. The place looked filthy and ran down too. Was very disappointed. I don't what has happened? It's a shame.

This is a great restaurant they are very patient and kind if they ever have anything wrong with your order they try their best to make it right and they are very professional as well.

Great food reasonable prices and the Wild Berry Pie was GREAT!

Didn’t capture the wife’s meal but she got eggs, bacon, hasbrown, and a mammoth muffin (included). Staff was nice. Didn’t wait too long. Muffin was decent tasting. Can’t go wrong with breakfast. The wife’s eggs were real eggs which we prefer unlike some other restaurants that serve eggs from a carton ?‍♂️ .
