Went in to eat didn’t receive half of the things we ordered. Then was accused of lying and told me to check my bag again. When we clearly didn’t get what we paid for. Had to empty our bag out on the table to prove we weren’t lying. No apologies no anything after we showed them that we in fact didn’t get what we ordered. Food was cold. Terrible experience. Don’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
It's a McDonalds. They serve unhealthy food and have a drive-thru. It's great. Unless you like being fit and healthy. Then, it's the opposite of great.
WORST SERVICE! I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and didn’t get my whole meal that i asked for bc THEY messed up. Then they have the audacity to tell me to go back through the line that took me 45 minutes to go through. Then some of the employee were just standing around doing nothing about the whole entire situation EATING CHICKEN NUGGETS and making themselves shakes.
What can you really say about McDonald's? It's to fast food what Wal-Mart is to retailers. It'd likely be impossible finding anyone in America who hasn't eaten at Mickey D's. The food isn't really memorable, good or bad. It's predictable. You can't really distinguish between between a Boston, New Orleans or Anchorage Big Mac or McNuggets, right? They all taste alike and darn well better!
Staff can't read orders. Other than that, it is par for fast food.
This review is ONLY for the Broadway McDonald’s in Sedalia Missouri! (The Limit McDonald’s is pretty awesome) the Broadway McDonald’s has Terrible service! The food has gone downhill and all I get from the manager is they are not liable and I should understand they are short staffed! Well news flash the world is short staffed but in all honesty it is not because you are short staffed it is because management doesn’t give a care about the franchise or customer service…. It’s called laziness with an excuse! Just do your jobs! Earn that $12/hr!
They have a long way to shift the production line to get insink each other to it work like a fine running shift to get the food out.

This was the worst visit ever. Usually, this McDonald's is very fast & my order gets done correctly for the most part. However, not on this day. I'm not sure if someone thought they were being cute or if just forgot to add 1 of the condiments I wanted in my coffee. What I do know is; instead of sweetened coffee, I received what tasted & looked like warm milk. I was on my way to a job, but since I am my own boss, I decided to go back home to make sure someone didn't give me straight creamer.To be honest, there had to be atleast a small amount of coffee in it because upon closer inspection, the color was a very light beige. This is the only reason I remained calm & didn't take my cup of whatever back to the restaurant to visit a manager. I couldn't taste any sweetener or coffee for that matter. Usually, even if someone forgets to stir the coffee before they hand it to me I can still tell there is sugar in the cup by the taste. This also was not the case. My order is (crazy, I know...) a large coffee add 20 sugar & 10 creme. I treat myself atleast once a week to breakfast from Mickey D's which is how I can tell when they don't get my order correct. I also usually try to take it w/a grain of salt as I used to manage a fast food restaurant myself. I feel pretty sure it was not so much a mistake as it was deliberate. Especially when, 2 more employees, besides the lady handing me my order, walked up to peek out the drive-through window. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
Tried to record the whole thing. But they got it on camera and we’ll lock the doors and take my receipt bcuz u all didn’t give me my food said come back tomorrow no I’ve been n drive thru for over an hour and I’ve been to both windows multiple times can’t even get the orders right that Sarah girl and the he she I’m sure she is a female r the rudest flipping ya off and throwing ur food at ya when u can get some when it’s wrong ya no
