No exaggeration; this is THE BEST place for barbecue in Sedalia!Their fried zucchini tastes EXACTLY like my mom's recipe, so savory, cheesy, and warm. The server explained that everything is home made, and I could tell it. I loved having a delicacy from my youth.Tonight I had the burnt ends, baked beans, and potato salad. The burnt ends were so tender, and coated with enough tangy barbecue sauce. What's more, there was only a smidgen of fat to cut out. The baked beans are loaded with flavor and not too sweet. I think the beef cooked in it adds to the awesomeness. I love mustard in potato salad (again, a specialty in my household), so I enjoyed this side too. So, I came hungry and left completely satisfied!The only thing I would change are the times of operation. Still, I understand that with family businesses, the hours need to be this way due to costs.If this place is open, it is your moral imperative to eat there.
They were extremely busy. Food was fast hot and delicious. Waitress was working her tail off and very polite and checked on us often. Will definitely go back.

Good burgers and Ruben sandwiches! Would recommend the cowboy chips and French fries.
I recommend the Del Monica sandwich. It's delicious! Well worth the price.Wait staff is very friendly too. Service was fast and convenient. Decore is a bit spartan compared to their old location.

Hands down our go to spot in town! Fantastic food every single time! My husband swears this is the best ribeye you can find! I love everything from the great appetizers (the flakey onion rings are a must!), to the fried tenderloin, fresh salads, Reuben sandwich & more! We eat here as often as possible. Every time our family visits from out of town we must go to LBH!! Be prepared for a little bit of wait time because they are ALWAYS busy! The constant large crowd speaks for their superior food. :-)
The sides were excellent! My main dish was not as good, but they refunded the amount. So I left a generous tip...Probably just a bad night. I will go back and try again.
Hands down the best barbecue around in my opinion. The proprietor cuts and trims everything he smokes and the results are fork tender brisket and burnt ends. Prices are reasonable and portions large. The dining area is welcoming and spotless and service friendly and attentive. I've become a regular customer and love everything about this place! There are daily specials, delicious desserts, and it's all good.
Great food. Staff could smile a bit more and not seem like they hate their job and a little slow at getting the food but great place to eat
