I'm sorry guy's, the sandwiches where good, but this is the slowest store. I waited for over 10 minutes after my order.. sat for 6 before.. with nobody and no truck. I asked for an explanation and they said "we have a new employee" I'm sorry, but your lobby wasn't open and I was your only customer. Please get better before you end up closing!
Went in to pick up a to go order that was paid for. Was asked if it was paid for, when told yes I was told there is a sign on the door saying dining room is closed so I can “go ahead and get out.” I get you’re short staffed, but your manager needs to learn customer service and tactfulness, and after being rude, my order wasn’t right…
You know, for a place who is known for being “freaky fast,” you’d think the people that work there would actually be able to bring that to the table. Every single time I have come to this location they have either been understaffed, or just flat out SLOW. I work at a factory and cannot take the time out of my day for them to finally be getting around to my pick up order that I placed almost more than thirty minutes before I picked it up. I arrived and they told me they had to make it really quick. But the gag is that there was no other customers in the parking lot and looked like there hadn’t been a very large dinner crowd before we got there. Thank you Jimmy Johns of Sedalia for making me late back to my job! Very amazing! Very well run! Maybe you should actually have decent workers there that can provide, “freaky fast,” service.P.S. ordered my sandwiches at 6:33pm and JUST now got it at 7:17 with the sides missing:)!!
It was late on a cold and rainy evening. I'd already called my local (formerly) favorite pizza places looking for a quick fix and had been rejected...twice...2 - 4 hour wait...No good. I needed sustenance. My mind and body were drained from the day-long Texas Chainsaw/Carnosaur movie marathon. I'd almost given up all hope and was about to...(gasp!)...cook my own supper!?! But no, I couldn't! We're not savages, after all. I called the Sedalia Jimmy John's, and within 20 minutes my satiation was at max capacity and my energy restored! On to Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4...may McConaughey help us all.
It was great! Fast in the drive-thru and the sandwiches were perfectly prepared. Will be back!
My order was thrown as a hospital volunteer by the delivery driver. When I called the manager to ask what happened, I was matter-of-factly informed that she was aware of it and that the driver would be terminated. She told me not to tell her how to do her job. She had been doing it for 13 years and she was too busy with a catering order to deal with this.
Bread is always to hard not enough meat too expensive
This location always seems to be understaffed. Every time I have went (I always go in the evening occasionally for my lunch break) there have only been no more then two employees behind the counter and only one of them is making sandwiches. Music is always on the highest volume and they can never seem to make an order right. Unless you want 15 minutes to get a sub that’s supposed to be so fast you freak, I suggest going someplace else. This Jimmy Johns is one of the lower end ones I have been to.
The store was super clean and even though the employee was really busy, he was polite and hard working and he deserves a high five! The sandwich was made to perfection (beach sub) and I'll be going back for more. This was my first experience.
