Whoever answered the phone (I think a manager was SO rude) I ordered over an hour ago, the app was showing it was being prepped. I called to see what was going on.. the lady was SO rude and told me she didn’t have our order or address, told me I need to be patient. It’s been an hour!! You told me you don’t have it?? Oh wait they just didn’t put it in the oven. Do better dominos we will not be ordering from your poor customer service again. Prices are already outrageous, you could attempt to have polite employees.

There was one lady preparing the pizzas, One guy putting them in the oven and taking them out of the oven, and a girl running the register. They were all very friendly and.working so hard trying to make sure to keep the customers happy! That is the kind of crew everyone wants. I would be making sure i paid them well and kept them happy!

I have NEVER had a problem with this Domino's. Today, I put in my order at 10:30am and set the delivery time for 12:15pm. I take my lunch at 12:30, so this gave them a 15 minute cushion to deliver my food. At 12:15, I logged in to check the status of my order, it said that it was in quality check at 12:02pm. Cool, they are probably waiting on a driver to get back so that they can deliver mine. 12:45pm, still in quality check. 1:15pm still in quality check. I called the store to check on the status of my order. The manager stated she had 2 delivery drivers call in and had 2 working. I totally get it. I asked her how much longer it would be trying to be sympathetic of their situation. She told me to hang on and she was going to call her driver to see if there was an eta. She put me on hold and left me there until I hung up 15 minutes later. I called right back, she answered right away. I just asked her to cancel my order at that time due to her I don't care attitude. I understand that there are staffing issues and things are taking a bit longer than normal. However, my order had been in the system 2 hours before. They knew the order was there. They had their drivers out. My food was cooked. This was not a staffing shortage issue. This is a time management issue. She was going to send me my order that had been cooked and sitting there for an hour and a half + and make me pay for the food that was 30 minutes shy of needing thrown away due to industry health standards.

If staffing is an issue, that's understandable. But ordered online, was told to be there in 27 to 37 minutes. I showed up at the 27 minute mark... and sat another 47 minutes before they brought the pizza out. No apology, no explanation.

We have been ordering from Sedalia Domino's for years a few times a month as far back as I can remember and the food and service has always been great until the last few months. We knew that there were shortages and so we try to be understanding of the situation but when you are told 45 min and 2 plus hours later your food shows up thats crazy. The first time our 2 pizzas were cold and looked like someone threw it through the grinder. We decided to try again and man I wish we wouldn't have. Both of our specialty pizzas were cold out sandwich had 3 pieces of chicken and after we reheated all our food to try and salvage it I pulled hair out with my pasta on the first bite! I was over it at that point our friends we had for dinner left before dinner because it was supposed to be there hours before. Your driver laughed and didn't care when he showed up so late and when I asked why the app stated my pizza had been delivered 50 minutes earlier he giggled said man that's crazy it happens sometimes. Then when I contact your company more than once I never get a response about it. We miss the food and the employees how it use to be.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Can't get anybody to answer the phone at the store. Pizza was cold on delivery. Worst service from any domino's I've ever ordered from.P.S. management you might as well shut the doors and let pizza hut have your buisness

went to pick up order, wasn't ready and watched how they made pizzas. the lady putting cheese and meat on pizzas wore no gloves and kept touching her face, phone and dirty apron while making our pizzas. The health department needs to go to this place that is very gross. I was told they didn't have to wear gloves when I asked her to put some on. if I was u I would go somewhere else where safety of food is a concern. nasty place........

Super slow, never on time. The pizza is never ready when the app says it is. The employees also put the toppings on with their bare hands. I'd highly suggest going somewhere else.

Ordered pizza at 7pm and at 9pm I cancelled the order. The app said it was being delivered at 8:16 ? After I called there was 4 other deliveries on our driver. The person on the phone said our pizza would stay hot up to 2 hours in the hot bag BS. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in Sedalia and will post this transaction on Facebook

This is my fav domino's, the late night crew is like a family ? so it's not dull in there. (don't ask me about the daytime crew I pretty much only order at night, though I also don't know if there's a difference?) store hours are a little differing right now, but as long as you order a good bit before midnight I think they'll take care of your pizza needs.
