We ordered the onion tanglers app and when they came out they were soggy and undercooked. Our waitress was no where to be seen until the rest of our meal came out of the kitchen. She offered to have them cooked longer but we wanted a new batch. She had the cooks make a new batch. The second batch was cooked well and crispy. The salads were acceptable. One if our steaks was over cooked and the waitress offers A-1 steak sauce, what does that do to an overcooked steak? We decided to eat the steaks as they were. Flavor was good, and one was cooked correctly. The baked potatoes were dry and over cooked. The rolls were good as always. We asked for a refill on our waters when our meal came out but 15 minutes later still no water. We had to flag the waitress over to get her to get us a refill. She gave us our check and never apologized for the food or her lack of service. Normally Colton’s is better then this but it was crowded. The wait was not long, so the cooks need to slow down and do things right.
I travel for work and have been there 3 out of 3 nights… They haven’t disappointed, it’s been delicious everyday… Impeccable service!!! ?❤️?
First time here while visiting some family for the weekend. I had the stake and shrimp. Mine was cooked perfectly. My wife on the other hand was over cook. At this time there was a lot of graduation dinners going on. We waited and hr before getting a table but while waiting where waiting we had some drinks. Bartender was friendly and served them up right
Their white rolls with butter & honey came out to our table hot and fresh...so yummy! We split some sizzling Sirloin Steak Tips with grilled onions/peppers. And some Salmon for a little Surf & Turf. Plus, their loaded Smashed Potatoes were a nice addition...with all the fixings. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. We'll be back!

Me and my husband went to Colton's for lunch today I ordered the blackened salmon and a side salad the salad came and I started eating it I found a plastic glove in it I showed it to the waiter and he's like oh I'm sorry can I get you another one I said no how about some crispy fries so he brought me fries that were soggy no good . He never told the manager we had to pay for the meal#***#
Food was hot, fresh, and cooked as ordered. Would like to have had a few more refills on water, or asked if I would like another adult beverage. Waitress was friendly and checked back with us a couple of times but did not come back after check was delivered. So we had to grab other waitresses for more waters. I'll give it 4.5 stars for that reason.
We have really loved this restaurant over the years, but the last couple of times have been very disappointing. Today we went because my daughter wanted to eat there on her and her twin brothers birthday. Our waitress may have been having a bad day but she had some very real opportunities to earn a great tip. She seemed to ignore when I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, Strike 1. She didn’t even acknowledge she heard us much less have the crew come embarrass the snot out of my kids for their birthday! Strike 2 was the ‘mediocre at best’ food due to temperature and excess grease on the plates. And strike 3 was the fact that our waitress never smiled at us or at all that we noticed while we were there. She showed zero personality at all honestly. We had to ask twice for to go boxes, but other than that the actual ‘waiting of our table’ was decent just slow and lacking any personality or effort that you could expect from a non-robot wait staff. We generally tip pretty well, but not tonight. I’m not even sure I’ll be willing to give them another try for awhile either. Good service and a personable waitress would have easily bumped up this rating.
Staff was great. Friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my steak cooked properly & our waitress waited to make sure the steak was cooked to our satisfaction. But those Texas size cheese sticks. Best I’ve had in a long time!!!
We had a pleasant dine in experience here today. I ordered a 12oz rib-eye steak and it was very good! We ordered a blooming onion and it was good but a bit greasy. Aside from the steak itself the waitress being great, Jessalynn was very accommodating, very attentive and we were happy to have her as our waitress.
