This is the worst place to try eat from. If your going through drive thru you’ll have a 5-10 minute wait to order while being the only customer in line. Then when come on the intercom they are very rude, at the window they rudely take your money and tell you “ your gonna find a place to park to wait for your food” and slam the window. We will no longer eat here or support this business. I’m also sadden I could not give it zero stars.
It was terrible. The sandwiches were too saucey and falling apart, not to mention cold! The fries were hot and fresh though. But the employees were calling each other bad names and being told to hurry up. Guess they forgot we were there. And if that's not bad enough, I have had an upset stomach ever since we ate there. I will not be back.
The fries were cold and my wife had to take her sandwich back because the top bun wasn't toasted, it was burnt black as coal. How you couldn't see that when you're making the sandwich is beyond me. Very disappointed because I usually like Burger King. Won't be back to this one.
They were busy There was enough staff but I know they are trained to deal with a lot of customers to get orders right they were not organized to deal with 6 or 8 customers is all there was in the restaurant I know lunch hour can be hectic when my order was simple just chicken nuggets for my granddaughter had to wait thirty minutes for them
Had to wait in drive thru for 25 min to get one single sandwich. There was no other cars in front of me and inside didn't look like they had anyone waiting either.. very dissatisfied with the service recieved..
I gave you all a 4 star because I do like the food there it's just not my most favorite place. I just have my own preferences but you all are great and doing a good job and are some really nice down to earth people up in there! I LIKE THE DEALS YOU ALL GOT IN THE COUPONS ! ? WE GOT THE FAMILY BUNDLE DEAL. Keep up the good work ya'll ???
Came in with grandkids. One lady name tag said dawn cussing other employees out Said hours getting cut I wonder why. Other lady was bagging trying her best. While she was cussing. Not appropriate at all. Told lady bagging she was doing an amazing job.
Supposed to get o onion rings got fries went back in they had to make fresh ones. Came back to car had ordered 2 spicy Jr. Chicken with no mayo got mayo on both not very pleased.

Asked fot a water cup and had a few questions about the rewards on the BK app mainly towards free or discounted food, Dee , was happy to answer my questions and blessed me with a meal. Thank you so much God bless you Dee?
