Unfortunately, this location kind of lives up to it's bad reviews. Sat at the bar, ordered a drink and got a food menu faily promptly. Bartender was good. Smells like an old mop in the place though, like they clean the tables and bar with soured, week-old dish rags. Ordered 10 boneless wings(split sauce) and fries. Wings were ok, but fries were cold and hard. Again bartender removed the fries from ticket and put in new order. But they never came,, even after finishing a beer ordered afterwards. Good bartender, tipped accordingly, but everything else indicates a poorly managed location.
We had the worst waitress ever! May 7th, 2022, we had a green haired waitress who ignored us half the time. Got our order wrong and if it wasn’t for the guy who brought our order out and remedied it for us, I would’ve been stuck with what I didn’t order because she started to argue with me about what I ordered. But my husband knew what I ordered so he repeated it to the guy and the guy apologized and said he would go back and fix mine real quick. She was slow, rude, ignored us until the rest of our party showed up which were girls closer to her age then she perked up and came around to our table more and was all smiles with them. I think she was flirting with them. But we still got ignored. My husband had to get up to get our drinks refilled at the bar. He had to get up to get us some napkins. It was the worst eating out experience we have ever had. A waitress sure can make or break a place and she completely ruined our first Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever.
Wait time to be seated was okay. Seemed understaffed to begin with. Ordered an appetizer and wings. Passed multiple times without refilling the drinks, accidentally spilled water down my leg which is okay, accidents happen. But the appetizers shouldnt have taken longer than 20 min if they were busy. They were not busy, it was dead.I started to time them.50 minutes passed with no update on the wait. Notified them I was leaving, left 4$ and left.
My family and I went into the establishment and waiting 10 minutes to be sat which was no issue. Except only 1 table had people at it, the entirety of the restaurant was empty. Then when sat it took another 10 minutes to even be greeted by our server Shelbi. Shelbi, take our drink orders and returns rather quickly which was great. She came and took our order in a timely fashion as well except she didn’t listen. Our order was incorrect when placed this resulting in it being incorrect when we were ready to eat. We asked for an extra plate for our child to share when we ordered. She didn’t bring a plate or multiple items we ordered until we were more than half way finished. Then when we were ready to leave she wouldn’t even come to our table to check out. We had to go to the bartender who couldn’t check us out because he wasn’t our serve so he went to the back and got Shelbi’s card so we could pay for our bad food. I’ll be calling corporate as well that was just a terrible experience and shows lack of responsibility and training from the top down.
Our server Kayla did a great job. She was very kind, on point and very professional. The food came out hot and fresh and she got all the drinks right. We're from Florida and Kayla made us feel at home.So thank you Kayla for doing such a great job
Buffalo Wild Wings is alright. The food is good and the atmosphere is kinda home-town themed like at an Applebee's. I'd say the best time to go would be a Thursday since they have quite a few deals. Good place to go on a date too. A lot of the food is on the spicier side but they've got normal stuff like chicken tenders for more pickey people
The “waitress” at the bar named, Teresa is straight GARBAGE! She wouldn’t wait on us. When we got her to she walked away in the miracle of me ordering so I couldn’t order my sauce on my wings. Then half of my food was cold. Had to ask her multiple times for a beer. Has a sorry sorry attitude. I’ve NEVER had poorer service.
Great food and atmosphere..service was awsome and friendly. Would definitely recommend eating here and priceses are reasonable. Absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings at Sedaila Mo. My goal is to try everything on their menu.
Placed a carry out order 45 minutes before I was to pick it up. When I got there they hadn't even started the order. Wings were good.
went inside. no one is there. walked around the restaurant for about 10 minutes, and there is tip $$ and phones on tables, but no one is there. just a couple customers who walked in like me, called the business phone 2x while in the lobby, heard it ring and no one answered. I dare not order from a restaurant like that, we left
