Ordered two sandwiches, one was cold and the other only had meat on one side. Very disappointed.

Gave this place one last chance. But when the lady taking orders at counter can NOT even listen and have to repeat what sandwiches u want 4 times each on 2 different sandwiches. And the management could hear customer having to repeat and did nothing. Maybe all evening staff needs to be fired and new crew management all brought in trained right. But I will never be in the place or try to order from there again. Got food poisoning last time and got told sorry about my luck

I went to Arby’s for a post game meal. I went through the drive thru. Once again, they did not have Arby’s sauce!! Really? The sauce named after the business! Well I got my food and headed out for my 30 minute drive. As I began eating I noticed my $5 poppers were not in the bag!! As I was already 10 miles out of town I didn’t go back. This is the 3x they have not had Arby’s sauce (actually had straws for a change). But forgetting food from an order plus no sauce is too much. Do NOT eat here until they get their ship in order!!

Bought crispy fish sandwiches 2 for 6 dollars, so I purchased 4! Delicious meal, fish patty larger than the sesame seed bun! So worth it! Staff there friendly and helpful!

Glad to see they haven't lost their taste we left California and love Missouri and with us changing our lifes we're able to rely on Arby's taste

Resturant lobby was clean. Order was correct and ready quickly and staff was friendly.Bathroom needs attention... the inside of the toilet bowl was clean but the exterior was filthy. TP laying on the floor under the sink.

Not the first time but definitely the last time time I am ordering from this Arby's. For a second time in a row my double roast beef and cheddar has very little cheddar sauce then they decided to take it up a a level by having hard dried up roast beef that was added to the sandwich. And to top it all off the curley fries were extremely soggy and had tasted like they have been sitting for quite some time. I would not recommend this store. The only reason why I gave 1 star is because you can't rate anything less

We went to Arby's today and decided to eat in with our 1 year old. We asked for a highchair or booster seat. The lady at the counter said when they did the remodel they did away with them. Where is the kids supposed to sit that needs a highchair or booster seat? This is the last time we are eating here. Thankfully we have a stroller to put our son in so he can eat with us.

Used to be a decent place. Then Covid. This evening, the fries and the turnovers, must have been cooked in the same old, almost rancid oil. Even the roast beef which I usually get, tasted off. To be fair, many of the restaurants, both sit down and fast food, here in Sedalia, have gone down hill since Covid. I can't think of one place that I would rate over a 2.

Very disappointed with my experience on this visit. The specialty sandwich I ordered looked nothing like it is advertised and was very much smaller. Mind you it is advertised to be almost twice the size of a cheaper roast beef and cheddar but wasn't even a third of the size.I left there still hungry and had to eat again at McDonald's to be satisfied. The visit sucked but the response from their online survey and complaint system was so generic it seemed to be a blanket "Sorry for ya, Better luck next" reply. Definitely disatisfying to make a legitimate complaint and not even get an offer to make it right. I won't waste my money their again.
