Fish was fried to perfection and seasoned just the way I like it. The sides were also very good. Will visit the next time we are in town.

Everything was great! Fried Green Tomatoes were awesome. Catfish was great, Pulled pork was wonderful, BBQ sauce loved it.. all around will be back
Looking for something other than chain restaurants. This certainly delivers everything you would want in a home cooked meal!! Brisket is excellent. White beans just like my Granny made. But the Fried Green Tomato’s hands down are the best you will ever find. The ample portions of the tomatoes are enough for a full meal in themselves. You will leave here with an expanded waist line & your next meal to go.
Second time there. Atmisphwre reminds me of places I ate as as kid that were comfortable and for family. With mt two meals I found I did not like the baked beans or coleslaw. The BBQ sauce choices were not good. Dont like hot so I tried the milder one. Not much flavor, thin. Last time got 3 piece fish with fries....was good. Overall for our meals felt it was a bit over priced. Would I go back...yes for badic meal like I got last time. In general feel the sides are weak.
Feel like we got a true vip service. Sampler appetizer was at our table and drinks within 5 mins! We both ordered pork steak platter they were tender and smoked to perfection! No sauce even needed. Food was plentiful, and taste ? amazing. Waitress was top notch even with a full house. 10/10 best date night dinner ever. We will def be back
This was our first trip here, and pulling up to the place and seeing all of the cars in the lot, generally speaking means you are in for a treat. We were not disappointed. After a short wait to be seated we ordered drinks and food amd took in the smells that were coming from the kitchen. We were definitely ready to dig in when our food arrived. I opted for the port steak plate and my wife had the pulled chicken nachos. The pork steak was well rubbed and cooked to perfection. The chicken on the nachos was outstanding. There is a bit of spice in the meats and many of the sides, so if you can't handle any spiciness, you may want to opt for something more tame. Looks like they also serve up a ton of catfish as well. Service was quick and friendly, always a plus! We will definitely return the next time we are in the area!
Very Down to earth Restaurant and people.. Our waitress “Holly “ we loved very much! She’s very Happy, Fun to talk to, waited on us as often as we liked. A very well-liked Lady!! Food is great, Atmosphere is Great! A SHOUT OUT TO HOLLY???
