It seems they have issues maintaining their equipment. The new freezes on the menu look really good. We've tried to order, but the freeze machine is down every time we try. We want to try the Cinnabon coffee drinks. The coffee machine is down. The kitchen staff seems efficient, but the serving staff would rather ignore customers and talk amongst themselves.I can't recommend the North Westwood location any more. For better service, we will try the midtown or southtown locations.

They do a good job with serving inside and drive thru . Many QSRs focus on drive thru times only. Leaving in store customers waiting. This place does not.Its taco bell so everything else is relative

Food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared at 2am on a Thursday night. The person who took my order was polite, knew the menu, and had stunning hair.Thank you for renewing my faith in the late night crave?

As far as Taco bells go that's a pretty decent one in poplar bluff.

This has to be the worst excuse for a Taco Bell of any ever created. Too bad I can't give zero stars! I went through the drive through on Friday, March 19th around 10:30pm. First we waited at least 15-20 minutes in line. Then when we got our bag of food, there were 2 items missing. I had ordered a deluxe craving box along with my husband's order. They didn't even make the box and just stuck my items in the bag with his. However, only 3 of the 5 items were in the bag. I figured, no big deal, I will just let them know. We went to the door to try to avoid waiting in the long line once again because our sick baby was crying in the back seat. My husband was met by an extremely rude manager named Rayleigh who REFUSED to give us the food we PAID for. She claimed she put the items in the bag herself and was 100% sure my burrito was in the bag. She did NOT put my burrito in the bag. She put my husband's burrito in the bag. We ordered TWO. I did not get the burrito that was part of the cravings box and she absolutely refused to allow us to have it. After arguing she did finally give us the missing chalupa. She acted as though we were some sort of taco bell scammers trying to steal from her value menu. I've never been more insulted or treated like pure and total trash by a restaurant. This woman does NOT deserve to even work in this place, much less be called a manager. It's a disgrace and embarrassment to the city of Poplar Bluff to have upstanding citizens treated like thieves just for asking for the food they already PAID to get. I don't even care about the stupid burrito, but I do care about being treated like I'm a thief. I've never stole or scammed a day in my life. How much trouble would it be to hand me a $2 burrito instead of calling my husband and I a liar? She obviously has not been trained in customer service whatsoever. I doubt I will ever bother going to this establishment again. There are too many other options that won't treat me like they feel I'm trash.

Did an online order prior to arriving. Ordered nothing that need to be grilled so it was easy simple throw together stuff and had to sit at the window waiting for my food for 12 minutes. Not the best for 5:00 rush hour

Food was amazing today and these lovely people made their way out to work in this weather. They deserve a moment of appreciation today!!

The ONLY reason I gave 'em two stars is because they might reinstate the much-beloved Mexican Pizza. Even if they DO, tho, I won't be ordering it from this store. How many "mistakes" are enough to cancel a restaurant? How 'bout EVERY order? Not once have I received a correct or complete order. Not ONCE, even when they're slow! (Unlike many other drive-thru pick-ups, you can't ascertain what's in the bag without unwrapping items individually. Inevitably, that leads to disappointment at HOME.) No more. Price & convenience are only great if you get what you ordered & PAID for. You can't make people care, but you don't have to reward poor results, either.

Great people. Fast service

Best organized and cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been in.
