Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in 30 years. Today was the day. Excellent customer service. The lady helping me order has been here 26 years. Wow, well done. She was very helpful with figuring out what to order. Even had another customer recommending. Based on employee and customers this place mush have great management. The nacho fries were very good. Could have been hotter but were good. The Doritos Tacos were well prepared with fresh ingredients which is all you can ask for in fast food.
Food is always good. The staff leave a bit to be desired as far as friendliness but all in all..it's fast food...I'd rather have my food quickly and correctly than an overly friendly worker.
Less soft shell more meat & cheese please. I don't want to order 3 taco's just to have 1 and it is a wast of your shells to be honest but live me some Taco Bell for real.
Every time I try to come here there are always out of something ice machines broken or Their trucks are delayed literally every time I come to this store it's always something ever a good experience which socks because I take lunch at 2am and it either here or McDonald's and they both have their problems shame
Not very good they seem to be slacking when it comes to filling your wraps with food

They were out of atleast 3 different kinds of drinks that we ask for and it cost 24. For 4 chalupas and 2 small drinks.
I ordered extra meat on my crunchwrap and this is what it look like . It was one of those Where's the Beef moments
I visited this location as a delivery person...I've eaten here as a customer and used the drive thru many times...it had been many years since I had been in the lobby...as a delivery person through an online service I go where they send me and deal with the other two Poplar Bluff locations regularly and get great, friendly expedient service...after tonight's display of sloth-like laziness and slow service...Sloppy, unsanitary feel of the lobby, general rudeness and out and out uncoordinated, mistake prone behavior has made me reconsider ever visiting this location for personal dining...after waiting 20 minutes for an order that was "almost done" when I arrived, a manager no less practically threw the order with in an unsealed carryout bag at me...well not at me...looking right at me with my pickup and threw it half a counter away towards a couple who had been waiting since before my arrival
