the guy Jimmy at the register always tries to beat people out of the promotion if you buy two subs you get one free every time I go in there and buy he never's offers it and charges the full amount until I say something and then he said oh my mistake I forgot. how many times do you have to forget when you have three subs in front of you one of them should be free. I can only imagine how many people he has duped for the sake of making the store more money and not honoring the promotion. but I can't put it all on him because there is absolutely no signage in the store saying this even though it is a nationwide promotion at every Subway. so maybe the ownership post a sign saying that if you buy two you get one free but then they lose an extra $10 every time so I guess it makes sense to not prioritize this offer.
I have placed pick up orders and they are always excellent. Even in store they are perfectly made. Staff is wonderful and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping in!
Ordered online. Got home. Nothing was right. Went back up there and the girl at the register said that they were confused about the order. They still made the wrong food instead of waiting for us to come in or calling. Then instead of fixing the sandwiches, we were given the things that were missing off the sandwiches for us to fix ourselves.
Fast and friendly service. I'm always greeted with a smile and casual small talk at the register. Great employees and a clean place to eat!

Subway at Mansion Mall has had no soap in the ladies room for a whole week. Which employees are washing their hands with no soap? Hmmm...
