Used to be good before the remodel, I have been to many McDonald's and this one is now consistently the worst as far as speed and experience goes. Never anyone at the front counter, and if you want a refill you have to go to the counter. Before the remodel the traffic was horrible but at least you got your food quick once you ordered. Now there is hardly any traffic (due to the slow service) and it still takes forever to get your food. Not to mention almost no one greets you or really says anything to you, just takes your money and basically throws the food at you. And if you go inside you'll have to wait till someone sees you and gets free to come to the front counter. I can actually drive to the other end of town walk in to the Walmart McDonald's get my food and be home faster than here.

The guy at the pickup window was rude. Our fries were cold and not fresh at all. They gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet. When we ask for straws and got our fresh fries we told him thank you and he just started to walk off and I said hey we said thanks and he still just walked away. Not a good experience at all and our total was almost 35 dollar's.

All this updating to this restaurant to still have poor service. Every time I come here my order is messed up. I asked for simply a cheeseburger with only lettuce Mayo and cheese only thing I ordered and they still got it wrong. All they had to do is look at the receipt they make it that simple for you. I waited in the drive thru at the third window for 10 minutes for one cheeseburger. While everyone else was getting there food. Went inside and it was just sitting there on the counter. McDonald’s really needs to get it together. Stop hiring these people that can’t obviously read!!

We waited over 15 minutes at the window for our food. We didn't get the sauce for the nuggets and they fried the nuggets too long. Ended up not being able to eat the chicken nuggets. This place is awful.

Super clean and friendly staff. The team they had working that day all had a great attitude. Everyone was friendly and took great pride in their job. Good job!

I love that they have new kiosk screens to place your order from. However, there was literally no employees paying any attention to the people dinning in. If you have an issue with your order you are out of luck.For example, I ordered a sundae. They brought me a straw, no spoon. I can not eat an ice cream sundae with a straw. My husband went to the counter to ask. Stood there for so long the food got cold. I finally decided to check if I had an extra in my car, and thankfully I did.This is a problem. Maybe they messed up your order, maybe you need more sauce, maybe you would like a refill… there was no way of communicating with anyone. It was bizarre.Also my husbands burger had a strange taste he said. I don’t know what that was about but if you’re dining in make sure you have what you need before they walk away.

Never anyone at the counter. Often waited or seen others waiting inside for 20 plus minutes. Even when the drive thru isn't backed up to the road.

Went on Sunday 3/6/22, it was extremely chaotic. Just going to say it was THE worst fast food experience I've had.

Just left from there! First they get my order wrong and then when I try to bring it to their attention they ignore me and take other orders meanwhile cars are just going through the line! Thanks for ruining my day without breakfast!

Order 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits. Awful the bacon had no flavor and looked like it was raw. Won't do that again.
