Well what can you say it is McDonald’s the food was good and fresh. The customer service was TERRIBLE and as for me that goes a long way. No smiles no greeting when I said thank you nothing back. My spouse had to ask for his coffee and the cashier just looked at him and walked by. Praise the Lord they weren’t busy I think someone would have had to get the lead out.

Does not acknowledge customers for long periods of time. Ignores customers. Generally has 2 - 3 people in lobby from drive thru at any given time trying to get rest of order or order corrected. Always a line waiting for someone to show up a t the register to take their order. Usually long wait times just to order. Orders are rarely filled correctly. I've been told to pull up in drive thru and forgotten about several different times and I've seen it happen to other people too.

Manager at 3am and 3/31/22 is the worst. I asked why the app said 4 for breakfast and they have it at three and she started going off yelling slamming the window throwing my food. Because I asked a question the. Had the nerve to say I was yelling. Messed my food up and wouldn’t answer!!!

The drive thru was very very slow so i ended up parking and going in. It looked like they may have been short staffed. The staff was still nice tho, i ordered 2 milkshakes and the lady made it right away and i was out of the door before the car in front of me from when i was in the drivethru, even receive ld their food.

I ordered From doordash and asked my dasher to please have the shake swapped to the correct one due to myself pressing incorrect flavor. I attempted to call 3 times before my dasher arrived and he attempted to call 2 times before he arrived. He said management with purple hair and tattoos said it’s already male and wasn’t going to fix it and walked off. Seems kinda rude in my opinion I understand it was my mistake but management should be 100% for customer satisfaction not worried about having to redo an order.

The food wasn't cooked. The burger was half way on the bun and still bloody. The burger box was completely unlabeled. This burger was NOT worth the $5.30 OR the gas to go get it.

I don’t like places in this town that use double drive throughs, mainly because of the rudeness of people in this town! Therefore I used Curbside pickupApparently they don’t like customers using curbside at this location, because my order was cold, the fries were like cardboard sticks and someone must have dropped the salt shaker on my Quarter PounderThe drive through wasn’t very busy, however curbside; I waited probably twice as long.I boycotted this location for two years before; it’s time I do it again!

You all are the best! Thank you for always having integrity and fixing my coffee the way I ask! North end needs to get it together! New building same old service and quality. South end is where it's at! Keep up the good work!

I just got home and my friend picked me up in poplar bluff, it it was 3:00 am and we went through the drive thru and I ordered a sausage, egg, McMuffin, got the order, then I realize that I order the McMuffin almost every time I eat at McDonald's. It's good to know, furthermore, the variety of food I can order and enjoy makes it worthwhile cause McMuffins are tasty and, so are the chicken nuggets, fries, Big Mac, milkshake.......... It's good stuff.
