Very slow drive-through service. You have to check your order before you leave the window because they make mistakes frequently
The tables and floors were constantly being sanitized. It was a very clean safe engiorment. The workers and people around were friendly and very polite. If the food was better it would've been a perfect environment. The Mcnuggets and fries tasted like they were about to expire, and the texture of the food was very dry and hard. The burger buns were stale and hard. Since its shamrock shake season, I was disappointed with those too. They didn't have much shamrock syrup in them. The shamrock flavor was very faint. It had more of a whip cream texture.The other McDonald's in Poplar Bluff were a lot better to me. I won't be going back to this one, specifically in the Poplar Bluff Walmart Supercenter.
after working a ten and half hour shift, went to get some breakfast this morning. woman taking the drive thru order was rude as hell, is that it? she says, pull around. nice attitude NOT!! ordered a number three, a McMuffin and a big breakfast with hotcakes and 2 coffees. got an eye roll and ugh!!! when I asked for a drink holder and then to top it off the number three I ordered and paid for wasn't in the bag when I got home. too tired to go back and not in the mood to deal with your miserable employees. definitely will not be returning here!!

A little slow for 1045 in morning but drinks was good
New building design is nice. But what is purpose of dining room and no place for kids. Kids love MCDONALD'S , but now they have to go play somewhere else.
Fresh hot fries. A bit slow but it was Christmas Eve and about ready to close
Food was freshly made, that's a step in the right direction ?
