Food was really good had the king club w/ ps sandwich was better than potato salad and staff was great lots of smiles and thank you's , well done guys brightens your day to see people and be around uplifting people like they was on July 8th 2022 around 3:30pm
It is always so good and the workers are always so helpful and friendly. It is one of my top go to places in town.
I waited over half a hour for my food only to be in the to go aisle. Food wasn't made to order and the kids just hung around talking. Didn't even get my pickle with my order.
Ordered my food online, came in to pick it up around 3pm. NORMALLY I never have any issues regarding picking up my orders. But the cooks simply didn’t care. As I was checking out I realized my “bowl” of soup was actually a cup. The girl took my receipt and showed it to the expo guy on the cook line , and he laughed and said “guess I’ll have to just eat this mistake myself”. I left to realize my sandwich I asked for jalapeños on didn’t have any on at all, also was very sloppy put together. I came back and had told them the mistake, but had to show my receipt off my phone since they kept my receipt before. The guy also made another comment about his mistake and laughed again.. then finally when I thought everything was right, I realized I didn’t even get a pickle. EVEN they girls at the counter apologized for the kitchen’s issues and said it’s always that way with the 3 boys back there.

The food was fantastic, but they ended up putting tomatoes on it when I asked them not too. The staff was rude. They kept skipping over our to go order in the window and serving the people that were sitting down to eat in. We asked if we could get our food so we could get to a funeral and the lady told us soon as they can get to it because she broke her hand. There were 2 other people there grabbing the food. No excuse!!!! That was rude!!! There were no plates sitting at the window and they could have grabbed our food. We were standing and waiting for our food. The staff need more manners.
Food was Amazing but I gota say the staff here are so nice and friendly, one little guy that brought us our food was dancing to the music and enjoying his job,it made my day.
The staff here on the evening shift are absolutely amazing! We have young kids and the teenager at the register was fantastic. She took the time to let our preschooler order her own food and asked her kind questions. I was handling kids and the evening manager helped my husband carry drinks to the table. Everything tasted delicious and came out quickly. The whole restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We will be stopping by every time we drive through Poplar Bluff. ?
