I've been to a few Fazoli's this location is by far superior then every single other one that I've ever been to. The food quality. The service. Right down to the cleanliness of the restaurant. We have two other Fazoli's around AR area that are within 30 something miles and I will gladly Drive the 50 something miles to this location and never go to the others again. Absolutely worth it
Passing through and needed some quick food. This hit the spot. It’s fast food Italian. As long as you go into with that in mind it’s great. The food didn’t taste like chef Boyardee which was a nice surprise. The lasagna was good, at least on par with Olive Garden. The bread was soft and had good flavor. The pizza was decent too, the bread itself had a nice flavor. It’s worth another visit, if we weren’t passing through. Portion sizes were perfect.
The ppl were super friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. Took me right back to my childhood.

All of the food was really good. Breadsticks were amazing. The lady that took our order was much more like a waitress. She came by with the cheese grinder and brought us extra breadsticks when we were out. She was a very great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed.
The staff was great in taking our order and taking great care of us after. They were very polite and friendly during our visit. The food was good as well.
Shelly was wonderful! She was so helpful & kind and absolutely spoiled my family & all the other families in the restaurant today with a big smile on her face! Food was great & all the employees working lunch on 12/31 were a great team, keeping the booths clean and tending to guests! Very impressed with the poplar bluff fazoli’s! Will be back!
Excellent food. Better than Olive Garden. Their bread sticks are much better than Olive Gardens.
Ordered $40 of food. It was horrible. Threw it in the trash. Called and spoke with restaurant staff and explained how horrible the food was and she suggested we bring it back to be have added sauce. Breadsticks soggy and greasy, spaghetti dry with no meat sauce and lasagna hard and crunchy. I gave 1star because you had to in order to write a review.
